Stayed solid on the newbie routine - the 2nd month: 6.5x4.9
As I said in my last post, I kept my ruler away for another 4 weeks and today here is what I found (8 weeks in total):
The BPEL went down a little to 6.5”, but the girth went up significantly to 4.9”. From what I can see, the flaccid length went up but somehow the BPEL said otherwise. The increase in girth was also noticeable and I believe part of it was due to the improved EQ. My routine now is still basically the newbie routine, including dry jelq then manual stretch. The kegel that I’m doing now has the reversed kegel exercise together. I do dry jelq because I’m uncut and it works for me really well, and I stretch after jelqing because it is more flaccid after the jelqing session and easier to stretch.
Here are my questions:
1. Since the length did not really go up in the last month, I assume the intensity of the exercise is no longer enough. What would be the most logical change to the newbie routine? Double the time with the same routine? Or change the routine a little like incorporate the fulcrum stretch? Or invest in some devices? I have like 1 hour a day to myself to focus on PE right now, so time is something to consider here.
2. Since the girth is still going up, does that mean I simply need to stick to the jelqing routine? Does the “length before girth” theory apply in my situation so that I need to focus less on jelqing? Like in a gym session, how would you typically build up your own routine?
3. I tend to get blisters on my glans after stretching, they go away within minutes but always show up after stretching. Does it matter or how should I avoid it? Does it affect the length gains?
