My 2nd month routine
I started around 7.4-7.5 BPEL and 5.0 EG. My aim is to reach 8 inches BPEL and 5.5 EG. After the newbie routine for a couple of weeks, I am doing around 4 hours of extender stretch, 10 minutes , 3 sets of clamping 3 days a week and jelqing whenever I have an opportunity. I got a girth increase of 0.1 inches so far and nothing significant on BPEL. How long does it usually take to see effects on erect length with 4 hours of daily extender use? I d appreciate any suggestions on my routine.
