My 2nd month routine

My 2nd month routine

I started around 7.4-7.5 BPEL and 5.0 EG. My aim is to reach 8 inches BPEL and 5.5 EG. After the newbie routine for a couple of weeks, I am doing around 4 hours of extender stretch, 10 minutes , 3 sets of clamping 3 days a week and jelqing whenever I have an opportunity. I got a girth increase of 0.1 inches so far and nothing significant on BPEL. How long does it usually take to see effects on erect length with 4 hours of daily extender use? I d appreciate any suggestions on my routine.

I suggest doing the newbie routine only for at least 3 months and see what you can get from it before using any other devices or techniques. It’s very strategic and safe to start off with the newbie routine first, you’d be surprised what you can gain from it alone.

Thanks Makehergocrazy. Newbie routine gave a good boost on my flaccid hang. When I wake up in the morning, my flaccid size looks significantly better, it brings out the true potential of the tissue in my opinion. I am mainly interested in girh gains, and oddly I gained .1 inch of girth from extending while I was expecting a slight change in length. Maybe it’s because of jelqing and clamping, I don’t know. I am going to give newbie routine another go for couple more months. Appreciate your help.
