I search an advanced routine for a month to have rapid gains.I’m free all days .
I’m not a newbie in PE.
Anyone can help me?Without hangers,
Now my routine is jelq in the evening and andropenis 7h/day.

I want a hard manual routine .

Lapo, no fixed routine can give everybody the same quick results. My routine might or might not work for you,. Your might or might not work for me. It is individual. If you want advanced exercises, try out Ulis, Horse, even some stretches to a degree of intensity.

Hi lapo!

Well, even though you say you’re not a newbie, I think you should try the newbie routine. That may give you some good initial gains. After being conditioned, try something else, but always keep in mind that you shouldn’t try to make things faster than they actually are supposed to be by nature.

Hi lapo,I would like to add my 2 cents to the topic.Rapid gains will disappear rapidly.The gains you will get in years of PE will last and, to some degree, will be cemented.cheers.
