Haha. Yeah, it’s weird to ask about the basics of jelqing when I’ve already made gains. But I’ve started doubting the importance of bone press measurements. I have a fat pad that just won’t go away now. If it never does, then bone press doesn’t matter at all. What matters more to me is NBP, but I don’t know what my NBP measurements were at the beginning because I focused so much on bone press.
Yeah I’m pretty skinny, so if i can even make 7 inches BPEL then it’ll look pretty big on me lol. I’ve always been curious about my technique too. I have a bit of a “turkey neck” between my frank and beans, so i tend to grab a bit of that when i jelq. A little extra lube in there helps and doesn’t seem to hinder anything, but I haven’t been exercising long enough to really tell the difference (I get a pretty good flaccid hang after a work out, and EQ that reminds me of college, but I’ve yet to see a significant change either way in erect stats.)
