Strain Under Glans From Overtraining?

Good evening, everyone! I’ve long felt a certain strain or pressure under my penis head after doing traction exercises. I can get normal erections, but I feel some stress around that spot specifically and can never get fully erect; it feels as if there’s some form fitting tube around my penis preventing reaching the full potential. The very next day, it’s gone and I go about my day. Is this a bad sign or a good sign of a proper workout? Am I hitting the tunica? I’m more accustomed to bodybuilding routines so I’ve always gone for some strain and morning soreness. Hope I’ve communicated my problem properly. God bless!

May be a sign of overdoing some of your traction techniques. Nevertheless, if no pain - no problems. I think it’s about the way you wrap your glans, rather than a problem. Kegels and light jelqing can help mitigate the sensation and restore EQ back to normal

My first thought is that maybe you’re overtraining. But if you aren’t facing any serious issues and it’s not painful then it shouldn’t be a problem. Kegels should help you restore your EQ.

I’m starting to suspect this may be the case. I woke up a little more sore than expected.. Another thing I felt last night was itchiness in that same area under the glans, which I just discovered was a good thing, however the feeling of a pinched nerve near my heel probably isn’t. I think I’m on the right track, but that pressure under my glans and reduced erection size (at 100%) will probably continue to worry me. Another thing I should probably clarify is that my EQ is all the same, but my glans barely fills out. It honestly felt like my glans was numb or disconnected from my shaft :/

What methods are you using? What’s your routine like? Are you using any devices?

I’m doing fulcrum “hanging” with heat. It’s not really hanging since I’m using an elastic band to tug on it. I do this 3 days on for about an hour, and then every other day for the rest of the week. I always make sure I’m warmed up before going all in on the hanging.

I think maybe you’re cutting off the circulation to your glans for a long time or your tying up the band too tight. Also, squeeze out the blood from your glans before tying the band.

Oh fuck wrapping an elastic band around my cock would be absolutely excruciating lol. I meant The band is the force instead of a weight 😅. I still use a vacuum cap on my glans. But I think I realized what might be going on with glans. I was reading through some threads on some other forums and my symptoms seem to line up with pulling a nerve or ligament. I think I need to do a little more conditioning is all. May the gains be with you too!
