Strain Under Glans From Overtraining?
Good evening, everyone! I’ve long felt a certain strain or pressure under my penis head after doing traction exercises. I can get normal erections, but I feel some stress around that spot specifically and can never get fully erect; it feels as if there’s some form fitting tube around my penis preventing reaching the full potential. The very next day, it’s gone and I go about my day. Is this a bad sign or a good sign of a proper workout? Am I hitting the tunica? I’m more accustomed to bodybuilding routines so I’ve always gone for some strain and morning soreness. Hope I’ve communicated my problem properly. God bless!
