BC muscle strain?

Ok guys and gals, hypothetically speaking if someone were to strain the BC muscle, what would that feel like exactly. Not that I am speaking from experience or anything but I might tend to say a sharp pain originating underneath at the base of the penis right behind the balls, but you know, that’s just off the top of my head. Anyone know if I am correct on this totally hypothetical situation? ;)

Sounds reasonable to me since that’s where it’s located. After the first short twinge it should settle to a dull ache, if I remember what muscle strain feels like. But it might get sharper again if you Kegel.

It would probably take a lot of effort to strain the bulbocavernosus (also called bulbospongiosus) muscle. I think this is why Kegels should not be held for longer than a few seconds. There’s no benefit in holding them for 30 seconds (or longer!) like some guys claim they can.

Yeah, that’s about right. A lot of effort yes, impossible no. So if anyone ever asks if you can overdo Kegels, tell them YES! And it doesn’t feel too good. This from the guy who is telling everyone to take it slow…lol. Maybe I should listen to myself once in a while. Do as I say not as I do….lol.
