Strain
Hi guys! I just finished my PE session, happy to have completed my 5 day. I noticed in a post that there is a certain strain. I see that the original BPFSL is around 16.5cm and at the end of the exercises in the beginner’s routine it went to 16.8-16.9cm, a variation of about 1.78% in size. Of this percentage, have you noticed how much is transmuted into permanent gains? Is the BPFSL increasing right that the EL would increase? Guys like Gigi have a variation around 2-3%, I think due to warming and even genetics.
