Hi guys! I just finished my PE session, happy to have completed my 5 day. I noticed in a post that there is a certain strain. I see that the original BPFSL is around 16.5cm and at the end of the exercises in the beginner’s routine it went to 16.8-16.9cm, a variation of about 1.78% in size. Of this percentage, have you noticed how much is transmuted into permanent gains? Is the BPFSL increasing right that the EL would increase? Guys like Gigi have a variation around 2-3%, I think due to warming and even genetics.

People use to gain FSL before it translates to Erect gains just because having a more stretchable tunica or shaft, dont mean it´s really a larger dick. However having longer FSL is prerrequisite for length gains as it´s logical.
Any post training increase in FSL will slowly be translated into permanent FSL gain , most probably. But dont think you need a 2-4% increase to have gains. Having a too big strain may be counter productive too, since it could be due to bigger damage and more collagenous response in the body.

Simply warmup well, do the stretches to a comfortable level of tension, and keep notes of your observations for future research.

How are you, all right? There’s this elasticity factor involved. So, possibly, and immediately speaking, the SFL gains would translate into future EL gains, by the simple expansion of the tunic. I will write down the experiments and see how this deformation will behave over time. Thanks!
