Hey all,

Been experiencing a dull ache/pain at the base on the right side of my penis for a few days now. I sometimes feel a dull ache in my right testicle as well. I havent been masturbating for the past few weeks and because of that I have been waking up with very large erections. In my half-awake state I know I have been pushing the erection to the left and downwards with a decent amount of force. Is it possible I strained a ligament from doing this?

At first I thought it was a groin pull but then I remembered what I had been doing in the morning. And the fact that it’s not in the thigh but at the base of my penis.

Cuda87 this may sound like an obscure question, but do you wear pants that fit correctly? When I used to wear jeans that literally squashed my crotch (albeit accentuated my member) or had an erection in an awkward position I got awful testicular and penis pain on one side, and as you said, a very dull aching sensation. Maybe one of the other more experienced members can chime in here.

Why you did that? Anyway, time is what you need I suppose; for the pain, try an ice pack.

Yep! This is an injury apply heat packs to the affected area and off PE for at least a month

Also, lay off the PE exercises and forcing your penis in odd directions with force. Apply ice/heat and more importantly, rest.

I was wearing some tight jeans the other day haha, but I wear mostly loose fighting slacks and shorts

Supposed to help increase confidence, motivation, mood levels, etc etc. But I guess it backfired on me this time

Alright, confirms my suspicions. Was worried it may have been a groin pull or *gulp* a sports hernia.

In case apply heat on it, You won’t lose anything in the end, and Don’t wear Boxer at home for what :D that’s why we call it home :D :D
