I feel stretching Is the most important part of everything I do manual stretching 30 seconds (up down left right straight) one set just pulled out another pressed down on the pubic and pulled out is there more stretches I need to do to help me reach my goal with 1 inch

Just be patient and not increase the volume of your workout very early if you are new to this. If you think about it, 1 inch in length is a lot and it takes time. Gradually increase the duration(not the force) of each stretch from 30 seconds up to 3 minutes and the total routine time from lets say 10 minutes to 15, to 20, to 25 up to 30 minutes after some time.

I recommend to spend more time stretching downward, because the force is applied more smoothly in the whole shaft.
