One, maybe completely stop doing PEs for a while? And come back after 2 months? To restart again? I have heard it reprograms your body in gaining again with smaller weightts. Or maybe increase the tension or add more exercise? Since your PIs are all good, it maybe a good idea to do more with your routine?

Two, have you been doing some kegels?

Third, like what tbjorns suggested here. Change your routine.

This. Try a deconditioning break. Your EL may catch up to your SL during deconditioning. Many members report gains during decon. Need to give the tissues time to heal and regain elasticity.
