Hey all.

I’ve been doing PE for over a year. I started in Jan 2019 with jelqing, and this January I started hanging. I made my own device. In a year and a half I haven’t seen any gains. None at all.

My routine.

300 jelqs

Hanging for one hour. Right now I’m doing fulcrum stretches using 7 pounds.

I worked my way up to 15 pounds in the sitting position before I switched over, and every month I do a new position, and usually work up to 15 pounds in those positions as well.

My question is, I can stretch my penis up to 7 3/16”, but my erect length is only 6”. What tendon isn’t being stretched? What do I need to do to get that extra length? Or what else am I doing wrong?

Did you have any gains in EL or EG with just Jelqing?

How was your Pis when you were only doing jelqing? How are your Pis all this time that you are doing hanging?

I didn’t gain any length or girth on anything. But I would say They are all were positive. My flaccid is longer and thicker. My testicles hang lower. I don’t experience any discomfort the next day, and just a little during the workouts. I wake up every night due to erection. During sex my erection seems harder stronger and thicker. And as I stated in my first post. I can stretch it up to 7 3/16 but I haven’t gained anything in my erection length.

I was thinking I was stretching everything except for stretching something that mainly has to do with my erection.

A lot of people are in your position… meaning that they are gaining tons of MFSL but it does not translate into EL.

Are you taking rest days with your program?

I take rest days when I feel I need to. For example I did my routine for eight days straight because I was trying to reach a point of failure, but I never did reach it. I may should’ve went up in weight but I didn’t.

I Should’ve said this earlier. I also started to do a stretch For several hours during the day last week. I used the same device I made for hanging. I just attach it to my leg rather than weights. I forgot to mention it because I’m not wearing it today.

It seems that your dick has all the good Pis and a big gain in the MFSL so it s a mystery that you did not gain even some mm in the EL.

Some hangers are starting having gains when they are using an ADS after their hanging sessions.
Some people don t have any gains until they induce structured rest days (most of the times 2 rest days/week).

In my case … my MFSL is being translated into EL(not in 1:1 ratio of cource) only when I am gaining this mfsl with gentle stretching… like low int-vol extending or low int-vol manual stretching and I am having 2 rest days/week.
Any method that is based on high intensity is not giving me any EL length gains.

These are some things for you to think of.

I hope more guys will jump in and tell their advices.

And it is obvious that you have to abandon hanging and jelqing and start something new,

Summarizing: you’ve had an improvement in EQ and an increase in flaccid length. Does your routine still consist of hanging 15lbs and stretching?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’ve pretty much stopped. I got 22 lbs, and after doing this for 2 years and no gains other than when I stretch it out, it just seemed like too much of a waste of time.

Are you using constant heat?

Man imho, if this is not working for your goals, switch it up… i did a typical routune of manual stretching, jelqung, and ocassional pumping for 3 minths and only saw thicker flacid gains… i droped the manual stretching way down, stoped jelqing completely and concentrated on pumping… in a little over a years time im a solid ,5 longer in length… actually a bit more but i wont get into 16ths 32nds, etc as it sooms most ppl dont read a tape measure…

Yes I warm up for about 20 minutes. Used heat throughout, and used heat for cool down.

I switched it up as the routine called for.

Dude, you gained flaccid length which is still huge. Don’t think of it as a waste of time. A gain is a gain.

Now, with regards with your EL. I have got 3 sugestions. I am not an expert, so lads feel free to correct me

One, maybe completely stop doing PEs for a while? And come back after 2 months? To restart again? I have heard it reprograms your body in gaining again with smaller weightts. Or maybe increase the tension or add more exercise? Since your PIs are all good, it maybe a good idea to do more with your routine?

Two, have you been doing some kegels?

Third, like what tbjorns suggested here. Change your routine.
