Stretching and Jelqing for uncircumcised penises

I usually only do wet jelqs because of my foreskin, and it’s a 4 part process:
1. Pull foreskin back and retain it with 2 fingers around the base of the shaft in an upside down “V”.
2. With the “jelqing” hand, grip the penis around the base, as far back as possible.
3. Move the off hand to right behind the glans and pull like a stretch. At this point I squeeze the base with the jelqing hand to initiate the jelq.
4. Move the off hand back to the upside down “V” around the base behind the jelqing hand in order to keep the foreskin from riding back up over the glans while you perform the jelq.

Step 3 allows me to begin the jelq as far back towards the base as physically possible.

Part 4 keeps the foreskin pulled back throughout the actual jelq movement.

GOD MAN! You just opened my eyes with your words!!!! Heck, I’m almost 3 years in PE and all these years, all gains I got with stretches being performed with foreskin being ON the shaft! Only after your post I got a grip, that I’m actually enlarging that foreskin more than real body of penis.

Just tried 15 min of hard-stretches without foreskin and it feels way better!!! :) Seems that was the core reason for my stagnation last year and a half, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Now I’m surely back on track again!!

Also very excited about how jelqs with your technique would go, as I did them also with foreskin on and got a bit of “turkey neck”.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

When I stretch I grip the head with a finger and thumb, foreskin retracted.

I was initially concerned about distension of the foreskin, however not so much anymore.

I have not been hanging or really cock coiling as much, preferring full package coiling. I have a thread on this. Even with pumping I am liking full package pumping, almost more than penis pumping.

I try not to stretch the foreskin on purpose, and try to avoid edema there, but have stopped worrying about it as my flaccid, when hanging long and fat is keeping up.

Yes, today it again went in a bit new way for me.

Is it ok to…like almost feel my prostate if I perform not tension stretch, but with separate rhythmical pulls? Just kinda strange, as feeling lies deep in pelvic area
