Stretching and Jelqing for uncircumcised penises

Hello everyone,
Like many others, I have seen stories of growing penises and have become inspired to be a part of this journey myself. However, I am going through a few complications, which I really hope you guys can help with. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
Specs: 5.1 BPEL, 4.5 EG UNCIRCUMCISED

1. To start off, I have an uncircumcised penis. How exactly do I do my manual stretches? If I try to peel my foreskin back and do it, it just slips back over the head and I end up just stretching the foreskin. If I pull the foreskin back from the base of the penis, the foreskin hurts a lot from being stretched in two directions. Invisible, a popular member of this community, I think just left the foreskin over the head and griped right below the glans bulb to use it as a pulling point. Is this an alright method? It’s the only one that works for me, to the best of my knowledge. (Basically, I leave foreskin over the head, grab right below the glans sticking out, and use the bulge from the glans to pull)

2. Adding on to the last point, is it unhealthy/bad to stretch it by holding on to the glans bulge? I know a lot of people say to grab on to the shaft 1-2 inches below the glans, but that ends up in my foreskin just coming back up and/or my penis being too short. I’ve seen some people just stretch their penis by grabbing on to the head/glans, so is this alright?

3. For the jelqing component, how does being uncircumcised change your methods? I read somewhere that I should peel the foreskin back to prevent excess pulling of the foreskin, then do the jelqing stroke, then pull the foreskin back again. Is this true?

As mentioned before, any response would be very greatly appreciated. I am excited to go on this journey but I really need these questions answered to avoid hurting myself.

Thank you for reading,
Jonah

Hi Johan12k,

I’m uncircumcised been doing PE for over 2 years now consistency well kinda.

Manuel stretches shouldn’t be an issue just use your grip to keep the forskin in place as in pull back and then stretch manually. Getting the grip right from the get go is very important. I generally do hold quite hard because of being uncircumcised.

Jelqing is harder….downward facing palms help with jelqing uncircumcised as you can hold at the base with one hand keeping the skin in place and jelq with the other hand this method takes longer but is great for girth and length.

The main thing is to just do it and come up with ways that don’t get in the way. Practice makes perfect

For stretching, I pull the foreskin back as much as comfortably possible, then I grip a bit behind the glans, while still holding the foreskin with my other hand, so that when I squeeze, some blood is retained in the glans.

This allows me to have something to grab onto when I pull for the stretch. Practice makes perfect, and occasionally I still get a little foreskin in there and have to re-adjust.

I usually only do wet jelqs because of my foreskin, and it’s a 4 part process:
1. Pull foreskin back and retain it with 2 fingers around the base of the shaft in an upside down “V”.
2. With the “jelqing” hand, grip the penis around the base, as far back as possible.
3. Move the off hand to right behind the glans and pull like a stretch. At this point I squeeze the base with the jelqing hand to initiate the jelq.
4. Move the off hand back to the upside down “V” around the base behind the jelqing hand in order to keep the foreskin from riding back up over the glans while you perform the jelq.

Step 3 allows me to begin the jelq as far back towards the base as physically possible.

Part 4 keeps the foreskin pulled back throughout the actual jelq movement.

I see, but is there anything wrong with keeping the foreskin on when doing the stretch? No matter how hard I grip the foreskin always comes back up and if I try to keep it back with the other hand it hurts a lot.

You gotta do what works best for your physiology.

PE is a marathon, so whatever is most sustainable long term is what is best because it’s what you’re most likely to stick with.

Having said that, you need to make sure that you feel the stretch in the internal structures of the penis, not just stretching the skin. However you accomplish that is ultimately up to you.

Keeping the foreskin on while jelqing stretches the skin causing turnkey neck.

Yeah, I mentioned that I grab on to the glans bulge, so it’s not just pulling the foreskin. And I’m not talking about jelqing, I’m talking about stretching. Would this still cause turkey neck? I feel the stretch in the inner penis.

You’re lucky to be uncircumsized from my perspective.

Not only for the obvious reasons, but because you will have much more skin to grow in length. Having tight skin has been a problem for me.

I don’t favor the standard method of stretching, I tend to avoid stretching by hand in general. But if I do, I grip just under the head and then turn it upwards before pulling. It gives me much more leverage, avoids pulling on the glans directly, and doesn’t tug on the skin as much.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Stretching with foreskin on is also stretching the skin and yes does cause turnkey neck.

Took me a long time to master the right grip and by then I already gained and stretched a fair amount of skin so now I have a bigger penis but balls that look like I’m 80….Turkey neck and big saggy balls.

I think that if I am going to peel the foreskin back and prevent it from going over the head while stretching, I have to have a considerably tight grip. How tight of a grip is too tight?

When jelqing, around how tight should my grip be?

IMO
If you start getting red spots on the tip of your glans, or it is purple and deformed after you complete a stretch, you’re gripping or pulling too hard.

Just how hard you do need to grip, you will have to figure out through trial and error.

It helps if you can get some engorgement in the glans by jelqing one time leading up to the stretch, as you don’t need to grip as tight if your glans is somewhat engorged… you have more to hold onto.

Just make sure you’re not actually erect or anywhere near erect while you stretch.

Again, you’ll have to figure it out for yourself through trial and error and listening to your body while you practice.

In my experience, you need to grip tighter the more soft you are, and less tightly the closer you are to being erect.

Don’t jelq erect tho… that’s how I got my worst PE injury years ago when I got a little greedy and impatient and started erect jelqing. I got a hard lymph vessel parallel to my shaft on the top side.

It would go away with a little massaging, but for years, if I overdid it with PE, especially pumping, it would come back.

I haven’t overdone it in a few years and my “friend” hasn’t returned.

Thanks so much!

I started stretching and I think I am getting better at pulling on the inner penis with my foreskin retracted. As of jelqing, I think I will not start it until my penis gets used to stretching. I’m starting off with 1 min total of stretches, will gradually increase to 5 min, then add jelqing.

I don’t know your exact routine, but if there is one thing I could tell myself when I first started, is to stress the importance of heat. Make sure you warm up (temperature) your penis before any PE.
I do my PE in the shower, and wait for 5 minutes under the hot water before I begin.
It reduces the chance of injuries, and softens up the tissues and alllws them to stretch more.

There are other ways to warm up, just look around the forum, there are plenty of threads on the topic of heat in PE.

Start with the newbie routine. Do it for at least 3 months, better 6. Its important not so much because of how much you’ll gain, but because it will teach you about your penis and give you an opportunity to get practice with the fundamentals that other more advanced techniques are based on.
