Stretching And Kegel

Hi guys I am new to all this and I was reading through posts and saw that you guys do kegel exercise when stretching.

Is this something I should do as a newbie or wait a little bit? And if someone can explain what this does, what are the benefits to this.

I was wondering myself!

I noticed when I hang with heavy weights I can’t even kegel properly, although if I stretch it SO with my hands as far/hard as I can, kegels might be a little difficult, but I do feel them.

I am not sure if it has much to do with gaining, maybe it has something to do with gains when it comes to jelqing/clamping/girth work, and it might impact length as well, you probably noticed kegelling kind of pulls the penis back, at least it looks like it does, so kegeling and stretching past that kegel pull while holding the kegel itself might be some sort of exercise…I hope you get some answers, I too wish for a good answer on this topic. Thanks!

This is a very common question. I see no point to kegel while stretching for 2 reasons:

1. One of the pc muscle’s functions is to push-force blood into the penis. Especially if you have a developed pc muscle the strong contractions at some point they will push blood into the CC and the result will be a semi erection. Even if is not a semi, its still counter productive for stretching because the blood provides resistance to the lengthwise expansion. The blood stretches the circular tunica, so the girth expansion fights the length oriented stretching force.

2. It is completely unrelated to gains. What causes the growth is the tension and the time under tension.
It is also confusing because when you stretching you should remind yourself to keep the strain, to hold your penis at the given length and to relax allowing the feeling of a completely stretched penis. When you try to do these things its confusing to kegel at the same time.

The tunica does have two layers, an inner layer with circular fibers and an outer layer with longitudinal fibers. One is responsible for girth expansion, the other one for length expansion. During an erection each layer is fighting the expansion of the other layer.

The balloon analogy still stands. That’s why the Bpfsl is longer than the Bpel.

The tunica has 3 layers, google says, some members say it could have more for some people.

And I don’t think that is true with having an erection. What I could find is the 3 layers are like the tunica intima, media and the tunica adventitia, because capillaries are only one cell thick, they only have a tunica intima..

And bpfsl isn’t necessarily longer than bpel. Mine was actually shorter than my bpel pre PE.

I mean outer area expends in girth even more than middle and same way mid prolongs not less than remain areas.

I am not sure if there is any research on one part of the penis expands in girth more than length or vice versa. I’ll google a few titles and see what I can come up with.

Think the penis like a balloon which contains blood instead of air. The surrounding wall is the tunica and the space which contains the blood is the CC. When the balloon is deflated you can stretch it further than when its inflated.

Also yes when you lengthen a non living thing it will become thinner, but a living tissue will actually become thicker-stronger. Living tissues tend to adapt, the number of cells are increased.
