Stretching and ligament tension

Hi,

I’m new to the forms and PE in general (did some PE 20 years ago as a teen). I’m just looking for some newbie gains, maybe .5 inch in length. I’ve viewed the videos and read a lot of the posts, I’m just looking for the lowest risk (in terms of injury) exercises to perform.

I am wondering in terms of stretching, do you find that as the suspensory ligament gets longer it holds an erection more forward and less straight up towards the body. If so, is this more or less satisfying? Does the angle of suspension change with rest and healing?
