Stretching breaking blood vessels : red dots : Completely undesirable or not
After my second jelqing session (just starting out with newbie routine to get penis adjusted to some trauma) I noticed about 20 or so tiny red dots, mostly on the back of the upper shaft.
I’ve searched through some of the topics on these and learned that these are the result of burst capillaries or other blood vessels in the penis and are common when pressure increases beyond capacity, especially when first starting PE.
I was also reading that some people are only moderately wary of bursting some of these, and in fact suggest that they feel they don’t get a thorough workout if they don’t see a few red dots, though always avoiding seeing more than a few.
I’m not sure if there’s any research done on gains while getting a very small number of red dots versus gains while getting none, but I was thinking. If, ideally, I’m stretching the tissue of the penis as much as possible without breaking anything, is a very, very small amount of breaking a sign that everything else is being stretched to near capacity?
Any veterans with experience on this?
