Stretching breaking blood vessels : red dots : Completely undesirable or not

Stretching breaking blood vessels : red dots : Completely undesirable or not

After my second jelqing session (just starting out with newbie routine to get penis adjusted to some trauma) I noticed about 20 or so tiny red dots, mostly on the back of the upper shaft.

I’ve searched through some of the topics on these and learned that these are the result of burst capillaries or other blood vessels in the penis and are common when pressure increases beyond capacity, especially when first starting PE.

I was also reading that some people are only moderately wary of bursting some of these, and in fact suggest that they feel they don’t get a thorough workout if they don’t see a few red dots, though always avoiding seeing more than a few.

I’m not sure if there’s any research done on gains while getting a very small number of red dots versus gains while getting none, but I was thinking. If, ideally, I’m stretching the tissue of the penis as much as possible without breaking anything, is a very, very small amount of breaking a sign that everything else is being stretched to near capacity?

Any veterans with experience on this?

I’m not experienced but I try to get at least a few red spots through PE while working out.

You will find it takes more and more force to get them to appear after a session as time goes by.
I can now jelque at maximum hand strength and nothing happens I have started doing horse squeezes and gentle clamped jelques to achieve an effective work out.
Just be mindful of any pain or any change in erection quality as these are signs of over working.

Causing visible damage is not good for achieving results. After all, you are breaking tiny blood vessels and releasing blood into an area where it should not be and over time this can lead to discoloration and just an unhealthy looking cock.

Doing PE without causing visible damage is much preferred and in the end provides better results.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I only saw spots the first time I clamped.

I think this is an effect of the resiliency of the penis, and why you have to moderate your intensity over time, so as to not toughen the tissues.

I have never tried to get blood vessels to burst. In a year and a half I have had maybe one or two spots. One of which I believe was a pinch from a clamp. You can gain without busting your dick so why do it. Take it easy and let it get used to PE. Slowly (like months) increase pressures if you think you need more. You may grow with just the low pressure jelqing. It happens! haha

My red dots disappeared within 2 days (I was going 2 days on, one day off anyway, so I figured if they were gone, I’d try to continue as normal.

Either way, when going through the routine today I noticed 2 things. One, I have difficulty getting a firm grip for stretching to the point that I noticed a small, dark spot appear on the head (clearly something burst, too much pressure on the head, and probably just the breaking point for what had likely been stressed by jelqing). I’ll certainly be looking at something to fix the grip problem. I’m definitely quite interested in hanging, and I would think something like a bib hanger might even be used in simple stretching just to ensure I don’t **** up my grip.

Next thing I noticed, I was definitely doing less intense jelqs today (way less intense, I’m sure, as I stopped not soon after starting) but I noticed the red dots reappear, and a few more this time. I’m going to be taking a few weeks off from jelqing (that first overly-intense jelqing session probably did a number on me, so I’m giving myself lots of time to recover).

I’m kind of wondering if I should keep trying stretching, or look into minimum weight hanging during this time, as I’ve been hearing people say that hanging/stretching doesn’t cause red dots, doesn’t stress the penis in the same way as girth-gaining exercises do, but I was hoping someone might give a recommendation?

Do a newbie type program for a few months before jumping to hanging.

Hanging is a practice for those who know their dick and how it responds to stress over time.

I thought red dots were a sign of doing just the right amount of trauma to your cock to initiate change. Darker, larger spots being too much. That was before I realized the spots were coming back each time in the exact same places. So I think now maybe it is not so good. I also noticed after an eight month decon break that I don’t get the spots now, perhaps until if/when I overdo it again.

joesnuffy, this is certainly a place of learning. Learning what is right for you is a tough one when there is so much information out here. I like the motto, “If it hurts your dick don’t do it”! I try not to gamble on it and cosmetic hurts are taken seriously. Try not to overdo it and good luck!
