Stretching for a newbie
Hi everyone, ive known about pe for 6 months and ive been trying to gather as much info as i can before i start my rountine. I was wondering what the ideal type of stretch for me to get started, and what the length of time and reps for the stretch. Although i suppose it will be different for each person, which stretch works best.
My current routine is
5 min hot wrap warm
20 (30 second stretches)
400 3 second jelqs
5 min hot wrap warm down
100 kegels
i do 2 days on 1 off at the mo
