Stretching Length Routine Deployed
I’m not at all new to PE I’ve been off and on for a couple of years. I have a bathmate and other things at home but currently I’m overseas in a not so nice place. My resources are very limited. So jelqing is not an option here. Good news is I’m only going after length at this point because I’m very girthy already.
With manual stretching only could someone help me develop a routine while I’m out here that’s focused on length.
Hot shower or rag or warm-ups aren’t a thing out here. Access to live or tools or anything isn’t an option. I’m limited to my hands and you guys for knowledge.
Any stretching routine, or custom stretching routine would be great. I’m thinking 10-20 minutes a day of different stretches covering the 3 main parts would be optimal.
