Hey, guys.

Since I’m pretty satisfied with my girth, I’m thinking in keep a routine without any girth exercise.

I’m stick with the newbie routine, but maybe I’ll focus in the stretch part.

What you guys think about it? Could this prevent me to achieve or cement length gains? I mean, I know the stretches are the main factor to length gains, but how bad would be to drop the jelqs, for example?

No campaigns for now

From my understanding, dropping the jelqing isn’t going to inhibit length gains. But one thing to keep in mind is that length seems to be a bit more difficult to achieve when you have a lot of girth. This is why most people here recommend that a person focuses on length first, and girth second.

There are many many types of manual stretches you can do in the mean time that will definitely help. You could eventually graduate your way to hanging once your unit is properly conditioned. Just make sure to wear your ADS - not that it necessarily makes you grow, but it does help to cement length gains.

I believe jelqing does help cement length gains. It’s good to do anyways for overall penis health.
