Stretching Over Jelqing. Initially
I was curious about length gains and girth gains and how each may affect eachother in the long run. Is there any evidence that lengthening ones unit before going for girth is a more efficient method. I understand that jelqing in itself mainly targets girth but length can also accompany it. I’m starting a routine again and going back to the beginner program and was curious If doing both would be good just as a startup or should I wait until the beginner program ends to target just length?. I just don’t want to gain too much girth because my girth is good and I’m worried it might cause future length gains, if from what I read rings true. Any advice?
