Stretching pump and glans pump in one?

So was curious if someone has come up with something like this yet. I took a break on pumping and started clamping then pumped the last 3 days and wow has my base girth grown like crazy. So that left me with a tapered unit with somewhat small glans.

My length is starting to become disproportionate so it got me to thinking since my cylinder is straight walled what if I machined a piston with an o-ring that fit inside my tube and bored the center out to allow the glans to fit just enough to seal. When you started pulling vacuum the glans would expand at the same time it would stretch the ligs as nothing below would expanded in the tube.

I’m thinking of giving it a try. I ran some calculations and with my 2 1/4” tube based off the ID @ 5”HG it would pull with 7 lbs of force @10”HG it would be 15lbs
Do these numbers seem excessive?

Yes.

It seems that people often use sleeves or rings for these purposes — sleeve on the most expanded portions of the penis, and then let the rest fill the tube.

Don’t do it. Unless you are okay with ripping your glans off the end of your dick.

Instead get something like a Glans Xpand tube from PumpToys. Does what you want without the extra risk.

I have a simpler suggestion you might like to try. I pump using a silicone sleeve which goes from behind the groove to the base. I also use a condom which covers my glans with baby powder underneath. I use this to try to prevent blisters as I water pump. This approach allows for more expansion of the glans tan the shaft as well as reducing fluid build up which is the reason I do it. I have noticed a slight increase in my glans size relative to my shaft since doing this and my corona seems a little more flared giving me a slight mushroom look I did not have previously.

If you wanted to really concentrate on glans expansion you could use a stiffer silicone sleeve.

If you do try this please do not overdo the vacuum as that might risk more blisters.
