Stretching w both hands: same direction or opposite?
Flaccid. 2 hands. One grip near the head, the other near the base.
If I pull both in the same direction, it’s almost the same as if I was doing it with one hand: good tunica stretch, good base ligament stretch.
But if I pull them in opposite directions, it feels like a great tunica stretch, but no base stretch?
Which is preferable?
And is there a name for these?
