Stretching w both hands: same direction or opposite?

Stretching w both hands: same direction or opposite?

Flaccid. 2 hands. One grip near the head, the other near the base.

If I pull both in the same direction, it’s almost the same as if I was doing it with one hand: good tunica stretch, good base ligament stretch.

But if I pull them in opposite directions, it feels like a great tunica stretch, but no base stretch?

Which is preferable?

And is there a name for these?

Anyone want to take a crack at this question?

I’ve been trying the “pull apart” thing for a few days as part of my routine, and it’s somewhat like a static version of the end of a jelq. Just each hand on each end pulling it apart to stretch for length. It can be almost painful if you pull too hard

Pull apart, and then bend slightly. That’s a good variation, very fulcrum-like.
