Stretching while Hard, why not?
Every post I read on stretching tells me one should be stretching while flaccid. If you get hard you should wait till you are flaccid again before continuing your stretch. I understand flaccid stretching is the way to do it. I’m curious what are the drawbacks or dangers of stretching while semi erect or erect?
I’m a noob. It feels quite therapeutic to me to do jelqs plus some light stretching while still semi erect during my jelqs. It feels natural to me to do it this way. Is this a bad idea? Thanks
