Stretching With Foreskin
I’ve had about a month experience of PE but I dropped the ball and trying to be consistent now.
Expose the glans or not? When I try to do stretches with glans exposed my foreskin tends to roll up anyways. I feel stretching is huge part of gains and want to focus more on stretching as possible. I also find myself very hard throughout any exercise, to hard for me to jelq with, especially at my stage. There are times where I think I’d rather just jelq so I can get my exercise in for the day.
