Stretching.
Hi yall it’s my second week of PE here are my stats
ELBP - 6.1”
ELNBP - 5.3”
EG - 4.8”
LOT = 9:00
EA: 11:30
I’ve started PE and have a question about manual stretches. Is it better to stretch in a given direction for about 3 minutes, then 3 minutes I another direction, or to stretch for 30-60 secs, then repeat that say like 5-10 times?
