Hi,

I started PE again quite recently, and I’ve noticed a number of stringy red(ish) veins on my shaft, most of which you cannot see until erect. Is this just a result of jelqing, and therefore normal, or is it bad?

I’ve just been doing a little stretching, and 10-15 mins of jelqing, about 4 days a week.

and one more thing, chow does sex/masturbation effect gains. For example, if you do it after a ‘workout’ what is the effect etc.

Leave 2 hours in between, then it will not have any effect.

Looks normal to me. Increased veins is a sign that PE works.

I thought they may be burst veins or something, I don’t really know though, thanks for your help

Do you all distinguish between the thicker veins more beneath the surface and the thinner ones near the surface that are just kind of spider-weby? Personally, I’ve found an increase in the noticeability of both since I started PE, but really only want the former, not the latter.. I guess maybe they’re a package deal?

I guess they must. I’m still not sure about this stuff though, is my penis alright or what, because veins aren’t normally red surely?

I have red veins when I have been overdoing it… I think that maybe it is burst capiliaries surrounding the vein which are making it appear red… I might be totally wrong though - But I don’t think veins can actually go red, not unless they are cut out and exposed to the air ;)

It is a pretty normal thing. Just take it easier until it clears up, make sure you use plenty of heat, it is SO important.


Currently doing manual stretches, jelqing and starting ULI's. Still trying to lower my tight and very high erection angle.
