Well heres something I know how to build, I didnt want to get veins on purpose they just came….

I use a theraP wrist wrap tight at the base, then I dry jelq using the wrap as a handle….let me tell you…this works….I have a bunch of new veins I never had before, it took me only a few weeks of doing this nightly for 15-20 minutes at a time…. If you want veins, no problem it works.. as far as my PE goes, I havent gained a thing…after 6 months………
