Struggling with Stretching Exercises - Need Advice

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to do stretching exercises, but I’m facing some challenges and hoping for some advice. When I attempt the stretches, it feels like I’m only stretching the foreskin rather than the penis itself. This is making it difficult for me to get a proper grip, and I often lose hold of the foreskin during the process.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How do you ensure that you’re stretching the penis and not just the foreskin? Any tips or techniques to improve my grip and make the exercises more effective would be greatly appreciated!

I’m going to assume you aren’t circumcised, because I can’t picture the question from someone that is. I am, but I get a strong grip just below the head for stretches. Grip like you have to pull rope, not like you are holding a glass of water. I can imagine a too-light grip just sliding skin.

As far as the uncut guys, I suspect that they, at minimum, unroll some of the foreskin before getting the grip to allow for enough loose skin to be stretching the shaft instead of skin.

I read here on Thunders many years ago to wrap a piece of toilet paper right behind the glans then grip on top of the TP, and stretch.

I’ve been doing that way ever since. It helps with slipping.

You need to pull your foreskin ALL the way back and hold it back with one hand at the base of your penis, then with the other hand you need to grip about half an inch behind the glans and squeeze so that you feel your glans inflate with blood and the blood is trapped in there. Only then release the foreskin and finally pull away from your body in order to stretch.

Then you should feel the stretch inside your penis, but the skin should still have slack.

What Richard said is correct. That’s what I do as well.

The more you do it the more comfortable it should get, like everything else start slowly and increase pressure as the "extra sensitivity goes away.

Don’t grab the head, grab behind the head.

If you are that extremely sensitive, you’ll have to first get a little desensitized through practicing over and over until it’s not so sensitive.
Masturbation also helps with desensitization.
