I’m happy to share my expertise in other areas of life (where I am an expert ) to help and coach others. I don’t mock them when they come for help.
Experience has shown that guys who are unwilling to put any effort in or who look for short cuts with PE tend to not hang around here very long.
The best way to learn is to read the threads. Just because a thread has 136 pages does not mean you have to read all of it, certainly not at once. The first few pages generally cover the concept, and in Kyrpa’s case, discusses the science and links to other foundational threads which he relied on. And that background is important to understanding the process. The pages after the concept section are generally guys asking questions about problems they had. Those pages become important when a user starts experiencing their own issues and searches for possible solutions from others who’ve had similar issues.
Anyone who has read Kyrpa’s threads quickly realize how complex the exercise is and the effort to synthesize it into a “How to” version will take considerable effort. Kyrpa considered doing so and we have yet to see his result. I briefly considered it and passed. Others may have also. It’s a shit load of work. Everyone here are volunteers, most people dont have a lot of spare time, and the altruistic consideration seems to get stymied under the combination of the weight of the realistic view of the work and the demands of real life.
