Summary Of Kyrpa Routine As Intermediate Sticky?

Hi all

Hear me out on this suggestion. Would someone be willing to create a new "Intermediate routine" sticky based on the kyrpa-style routine and heated hanging?

I’ve been away for a while but it appears to me that this is the state of the art routine that people use once they graduate from the newbie routine?

Kyrpa’s two threads run to about 100 and 136 pages, which is almost impossible to digest from scratch. Surely as a forum we should be able to summarise the key aspects of the routine without making everyone read hundreds of pages?

Any thoughts on this?

My progress Start: c. 5" NBP x 5.5 MEG

Aug 21: 5.9" NBP x 5.7 MEG

Nov 21: 6.5” NBP GOAL: 7" NBP

Thanks for volunteering to do this

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

LOL I had that one coming, didn’t I?

But seriously, I haven’t read the threads. For someone who is using the routine (as lots of forum members are), it would be easy to summarise the knowledge

My progress Start: c. 5" NBP x 5.5 MEG

Aug 21: 5.9" NBP x 5.7 MEG

Nov 21: 6.5” NBP GOAL: 7" NBP

There has to be a more efficient way than to keep referring people to 100 page threads

You’re asking someone else to do something you are unwilling to do. That sound about right?

If you don’t want to deep-dive the whole thing, then don’t do US.

But as an alternative you may use FIR/NIR:
SG has a good routine for heated hanging with FIR or NIR: scienceguy - let’s see what happens

Use the load calculator (based on Kyrpä’s equations) to calculate the max load: https://www.fir … .net/calculator
The input is the flaccid unstreched girth approx. 5 - 10 mm behind the glans. Details here: The characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited

Thank you, I appreciate it

Yes that’s right but I honestly don’t get your mocking tone. It’s why we have the newbie sticky, no? It’s the same principle.

I’m suggesting we extend that approach to an intermediate routine as it’s more efficient for one person who has already got the knowledge to write it up than for everyone to read through almost 200 pages. I’m happy to share my expertise in other areas of life (where I am an expert ) to help and coach others. I don’t mock them when they come for help.

Here is some more info about US: Reference Pic for OTL stretching and US

But before you are not aware of expressions such as BNR, the difference between 1 MHz and 3 MHz, phantoms and all those things, I recommend you not to do US.

If you really want to start the "challenge" US, I can provide you more links and details to focus on.

Experience has shown that guys who are unwilling to put any effort in or who look for short cuts with PE tend to not hang around here very long.

The best way to learn is to read the threads. Just because a thread has 136 pages does not mean you have to read all of it, certainly not at once. The first few pages generally cover the concept, and in Kyrpa’s case, discusses the science and links to other foundational threads which he relied on. And that background is important to understanding the process. The pages after the concept section are generally guys asking questions about problems they had. Those pages become important when a user starts experiencing their own issues and searches for possible solutions from others who’ve had similar issues.

Anyone who has read Kyrpa’s threads quickly realize how complex the exercise is and the effort to synthesize it into a “How to” version will take considerable effort. Kyrpa considered doing so and we have yet to see his result. I briefly considered it and passed. Others may have also. It’s a shit load of work. Everyone here are volunteers, most people dont have a lot of spare time, and the altruistic consideration seems to get stymied under the combination of the weight of the realistic view of the work and the demands of real life.

Thank you for the explanation 32quarters, that makes a lot of sense. I appreciate you taking the time to explain.
