Hello forum
I’ve just joined but have been soaking up all the communal knowledge on here since summer. You guys rock and I really owe you so I decided to share my own journey.

I’m targeting 7” NBPEL (which would represent an approximate 2 inch gain) through manual stealth training only, utilising the newbie routine.

My PE journey started around 2004/2005 when I came across another PE forum and followed a routine very similar to the newbie routine here (manual stretches followed by jelqing).
My starting measurement was 14.5cm/5.7” BPEL. I don’t recall NBPEL but I doubt it was more than 5”.
Within 3 months I gained 2cm to get to 16.5cm/ 6.5” BPEL. I was more than happy with my newfound length and stopped stretching, which I hated anyway.
My starting girth was 14cm/5.5” mid shaft and 14.5cm/5.7” at the base. I continued to focus on girth for almost another year but had no luck, trying more intense exercises than jelqs including clamping. As I knew my girth wasn’t bad to begin with I then stopped PE altogether, and enjoyed my bigger dick. PE really helped me not to feel inadequate about my dick ever again. Even when I knew a girl might’ve been with a bigger guy before I was still fine as I knew mine wasn’t bad either. I’ve been told by quite a few women over the years that I had a big one, which is all you can ask for.

Fast forward to 2021. The last year and a half has been a difficult time in my life. My mental health suffered in various ways and in summer I decided I needed to do one thing that would get me out of my slump and inspire me to get my act together in other areas of my life, too. I remember how great it felt 15 years ago to grow a bigger dick so I decided I would start again. That would also motivate me to start exercising and eating better as that’s half the battle for NBP length.

The good news for all of you wondering whether I lost length during those 15 years, the answer is no!
I took my first measurement in August and measured 16.7cm/6.5” BPEL.
My NBPEL starting point was 15cm/5.9”.
I also measured girth and got 14.5cm/5.7” mid shaft and between 15cm and 15.5cm base girth, so around 6”. So it looks like all the girth work back in the day might have had an effect after all, I always felt my dick looked fatter than pre-PE.

My 2021 Routine
I decided to naturally start on the newbie routine with a 6 week on and 2 week off split. I recall gaining during breaks in the past so was keen to incorporate deconditioning breaks again.
I warm up using a hot towel for 5 mins and then apply heat throughout stretching by holding a jam jar filled with hot water against my dick with the hand that’s not stretching. I went up from 5 to 10/15 minutes stretching quite quickly but stuck with 5-8 minutes of wet jelqing throughout.
In addition I ditched tight underwear altogether and started wearing loose-fitting boxers.
The most immediate confidence boost came from my flaccid gains, I now sport a decent 4” flaccid at all times, which feels fantastic. I’m hoping to get to 5” before long.

Cycle 1 (8 weeks):
Here are the phase 1 results, measured during the break after 6 weeks of exercise (2 days on/1 day off):
NBPEL 16cm/6.3” (1cm gain)
BPEL 17.2cm/6.8” (0.5cm gain)
That was a fantastic start, obviously EQ might have driven some gains but that’s fine.
I lost a decent amount of body fat during those weeks so I had hoped it would contribute to half my gains, which it did.
I’m not measuring girth regularly as I’m not targeting it.

In order to fit PE around holidays, cycles 2+3 will be 4 weeks on / 1 week off, after that I might return to 6/2.

I’m currently half way through cycle 2 and am confident I’m still gaining. I lost some of my discipline to exercise to lose weight, so gains might be primarily BP for now.

The only change I’ve made recently is to add daily piss pulls after reading tntjockey’s progress log (what an inspiration!).

Will update this log in 2-3 weeks when I’ve done the next proper measurement.

I’m doing the newbie routine with 2 days on, 1 day off. I do basic stretches in all directions. I started with 30s ones and now do 60s.

My second cycle is coming to an end and I’ve measured again today for the first time since early October. Detailed measurements below but I’m now at 7” BPEL and 6.5” NB, great milestone on the way to 7” NBPEL. I’ve gained half an inch since restarting PE in late August.

Measurement summary:
08/24 6.5”/16.7cm BPEL, 5.9”/15cm NBPEL
10/06 6.8”/17.2cm BPEL, 6.3”/16cm NBPEL
11/18 7”/17.8cm BPEL, 6.5”/16.5cm NBPEL

I followed a version of the newbie routine for the last 4 weeks. Also important to note I had a 2 week break before the latest cycle (pretty sure some of the gains happened then but I forgot to measure after the break).

Weeks 1-2:
2 days on/ 1 day off
15 min basic stretches followed by 5 min of jelqing
Weeks 3-4:
Day 1: 10 min Stretch, Day 2: 5 min Stretch followed by 15 min of jelqing, rest on day 3.

My third cycle (since restarting PE in August) has come to an end and for the first time I’ve made no gains.

Pretty disappointed but I reckon it’s down to two things: slowing newbie gains after having gained 1cm in three months (plus 2cm when I first did PE) and making unnecessary changes to the newbie routine. My latest cycle was also quite short as I wanted to finish before the holidays. I had hoped to gain at least some NBP length as I went down to a lean body composition but it looks like I’ve exhausted those gains and my fat pad is as low as it can reasonably be.

This is my program since I last measured:
About a one and a half week break after cycle 2 and last measurement.

Cycle 3
Weeks 1-2:
2 days on/ 1 day off
5 min warm up
15 min stretches
8 min wet jelqs
Week 3:
20 min jelqing on alternate days
Now on a two week break (no PE other than piss pulls)

I changed basic side stretches to side-to-side stretches, which I regret. S2S gives me a semi erection and makes it harder to stretch properly. I also added fulcrum stretches, that seem to have hardened my tunica. Having read through gentlepsychopath’s log I believe I introduced fulcrum stretches to my routine too early. I also got a bit bored of stretching and did a week of jelqs only, which I should’ve known did nothing for my length.

After my two week break I will get back to a length focused newbie routine inspired by gentlepsychopath’s program focusing on manual SD and SO stretches (with only light jelqs at the end to restore blood flow). I will also stretch for 4-6 weeks (up to 5 times a week) before my next 1 week break and measurement.

I’m 2 weeks into a new intensive stretch only routine and it feels very very good. I feel I’m growing again and PIs are very good. I was expecting lower EQ but I’ve got rock hard erections every night. Based on gentlepsychopath’s program I’m doing 30 minutes of stretching 5x per week. I only do 2 types of stretches: 20 mins of SD and 10 minutes of fulcrum (SO with the wrist of the other hand working as the fulcrum).

Two weeks isn’t long but I did an interim measurement when masturbating, and whilst my initial “cold” erection was unchanged at 6.5”/16.5cm NBP, after 15 minutes of edging and lots of kegeling I was in touching distance of 17cm (which is what I’ve set as my interim goal for this cycle). I’m confident that in about 4 weeks I should get there cold. Whilst I advocate not measuring too frequently I do think it can help to get a feel for whether you’re on the right track sometimes - it tells you whether what you’re doing is working and helps motivate you to keep spending all those hours on tugging on your dick!

If I get to 17cm/6.7” NBPEL I’m only one increment removed from my goal of 7”. PE is amazing.

Non measurement related update but more exciting…!

Met a new chick for the first time since making my new PE gains. After our first date she texted me telling me how she couldn’t help but notice you know what when I got up from the table. Guys…I’ve been a grower all my life and have NEVER been complimented on my bulge. She even thought I was hard, when I definitely wasn’t. Felt amazing to get those messages. She kept asking if that was my secret with women, clearly wanting the answer to be yes.

We’ve met up since and whilst she didn’t say anything when she finally saw it, she was super keen to suck it and came fast from deep thrusts. I hadn’t fully used my new size yet and it felt amazing to be putting it to use like that…can’t wait to be using a full 7” nb when I get there!

Since I’m only doing manual exercises and hadn’t seen gains for several months I found it hard to stick with the routine. At the moment I’m only doing piss pulls for flaccid length as I got used to having a 4” flaccid and don’t want to go back to what I had before. Haven’t seen any erect gains since November. I will start again, probably hanging based on the stuff kyrpa and co are writing about but haven’t got time to myself to do that at the moment.
