Journey To 7 NBPEL After 15 Year Break

I’ve just joined but have been soaking up all the communal knowledge on here since summer. You guys rock and I really owe you so I decided to share my own journey.
I’m targeting 7” NBPEL (which would represent an approximate 2 inch gain) through manual stealth training only, utilising the newbie routine.
My PE journey started around 2004/2005 when I came across another PE forum and followed a routine very similar to the newbie routine here (manual stretches followed by jelqing).
My starting measurement was 14.5cm/5.7” BPEL. I don’t recall NBPEL but I doubt it was more than 5”.
Within 3 months I gained 2cm to get to 16.5cm/ 6.5” BPEL. I was more than happy with my newfound length and stopped stretching, which I hated anyway.
My starting girth was 14cm/5.5” mid shaft and 14.5cm/5.7” at the base. I continued to focus on girth for almost another year but had no luck, trying more intense exercises than jelqs including clamping. As I knew my girth wasn’t bad to begin with I then stopped PE altogether, and enjoyed my bigger dick. PE really helped me not to feel inadequate about my dick ever again. Even when I knew a girl might’ve been with a bigger guy before I was still fine as I knew mine wasn’t bad either. I’ve been told by quite a few women over the years that I had a big one, which is all you can ask for.
Fast forward to 2021. The last year and a half has been a difficult time in my life. My mental health suffered in various ways and in summer I decided I needed to do one thing that would get me out of my slump and inspire me to get my act together in other areas of my life, too. I remember how great it felt 15 years ago to grow a bigger dick so I decided I would start again. That would also motivate me to start exercising and eating better as that’s half the battle for NBP length.
The good news for all of you wondering whether I lost length during those 15 years, the answer is no!
I took my first measurement in August and measured 16.7cm/6.5” BPEL.
My NBPEL starting point was 15cm/5.9”.
I also measured girth and got 14.5cm/5.7” mid shaft and between 15cm and 15.5cm base girth, so around 6”. So it looks like all the girth work back in the day might have had an effect after all, I always felt my dick looked fatter than pre-PE.
My 2021 Routine
I decided to naturally start on the newbie routine with a 6 week on and 2 week off split. I recall gaining during breaks in the past so was keen to incorporate deconditioning breaks again.
I warm up using a hot towel for 5 mins and then apply heat throughout stretching by holding a jam jar filled with hot water against my dick with the hand that’s not stretching. I went up from 5 to 10/15 minutes stretching quite quickly but stuck with 5-8 minutes of wet jelqing throughout.
In addition I ditched tight underwear altogether and started wearing loose-fitting boxers.
The most immediate confidence boost came from my flaccid gains, I now sport a decent 4” flaccid at all times, which feels fantastic. I’m hoping to get to 5” before long.
Cycle 1 (8 weeks):
Here are the phase 1 results, measured during the break after 6 weeks of exercise (2 days on/1 day off):
NBPEL 16cm/6.3” (1cm gain)
BPEL 17.2cm/6.8” (0.5cm gain)
That was a fantastic start, obviously EQ might have driven some gains but that’s fine.
I lost a decent amount of body fat during those weeks so I had hoped it would contribute to half my gains, which it did.
I’m not measuring girth regularly as I’m not targeting it.
In order to fit PE around holidays, cycles 2+3 will be 4 weeks on / 1 week off, after that I might return to 6/2.
I’m currently half way through cycle 2 and am confident I’m still gaining. I lost some of my discipline to exercise to lose weight, so gains might be primarily BP for now.
The only change I’ve made recently is to add daily piss pulls after reading tntjockey’s progress log (what an inspiration!).
Will update this log in 2-3 weeks when I’ve done the next proper measurement.
