7.25 X 5 NBPEL To 8.5 X 6 NBPEL in a Year

7.25 X 5 NBPEL To 8.5 X 6 NBPEL in a Year

Is it possible for a newbie to make such gains? Is that unheard of? I know no one here has a crystal ball, but I’m pretty intent on making said gains. I feel as if I should heed the advice of the experts and stick with the newbie routine for another 6 weeks in order to get used to the stresses of PE gradually. I am very focused however and am wondering what the next steps should be after I’ve been consistent? All advice welcome and appreciated.

I’d revise your expectations down quite a bit. Think of it in terms of volume.

Your starting size is 14.4 cubic inches NBP volume. Your goal is 24.4 cubic inches NBP volume.

That’s a gain of 10 cubic inches volume. It’s not unheard of to gain that in a year or two, but it is extremely rare. Like 1 in 1000 rare. A lot more common time frame would be 5 - 10 years.

I consider 1 cubic inch / year to be standard gains (for myself) and anyone who gains 2 cubic inch or more per year is lucky in my book.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

Approaching this from a perspective of volume I totally see your point. Just out of curiosity, how much credence do you give to diet in supporting gains? It seems as if we are essentially engaged in cellular breakdown and repair, which requires nutritional support for the latter.

That’s right. Personally, I just eat enough protein and leave the rest up to the body’s repair systems. Supplements could augment gains to the extent that they address the unknown limiting factors in the cellular breakdown and growth process.

I’m the wrong guy to tell you what supplements, but I know L-arginine is a common one for increased bloodflow during workouts. There are a few others that are slightly less common, you could search “supplement*” and probably find some good threads.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

L-arginine is a great recommendation. I am in very good physical shape for a 46 year old, but my testosterone levels have definitely plummeted over the past couple years. I’ve been researching doctor prescribed and supervised HGH supplementation; I’m wondering if this would support faster repair, and therefore growth in re PE? I’m newly divorced, have a hot new girlfriend, and am therefore extremely serious about all of this.

Firstly, Welcome to Thunders. :)

Having goals are important… it gives us a target, and keeps us motivated. Putting a time limit on achieving those goals, especially in relation to PE, is a recipe for disaster. Trying to stick with your timeframe will more than likely put you in the injury forum. I suggest you have a read. It can be rather sobering.

A health penis should be your first goal, as it will grow. A broken penis will only shrivel up, and die.

I would agree with beardeddragon on a more reasonable expectation of 5 - 10 years. I’ve mentally prepare myself to take another 7 years to achieve my goals, which you can see in my signature. At this stage I would be very happy with 1 cubic inch per year. If I achieve my goals before, all the better. If it takes longer, so be it.

Basic science… Penis is attached to body. Healthy body, healthy penis.

Diet is very important to body builders, in gaining muscle. The same can be said for gaining penis size.

What I would suggest, is you read everything you can here at Thunders while doing the Newbie Routine.

Remember, slow and steady wins the race. ;)

Hot new girlfriend won’t be around for long if you break your penis… A healthy, fully functioning penis should be your first priority. She will appreciate that more.

Use the search button above, and look up supplements, etc. There is plenty of information there on helping to increase your stamina naturally, as well as cum volume if necessary. ;)

Thank you both for the wisdom and recommendations. I am definitely interested in a metered and reasonable approach to PE; with so much information here to glean it is a bit confusing when trying to determine the best approach. I have definitely seen a difference in penis health since doing the newbie routine.

I don’t think those goals are realistic and I agree you will probably injure yourself if you shoot for that. You will make gains if you start with the newbie routine and reading. Progress steadily and carefully and remember it’s a journey not a destination.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Got it. The focus is changing to mastering the newbie routine and reading as much as possible on anatomy and PI’s to stay safe.

Are you just referring to post-newbie gains at a rate of 1 cubic inch per year? I gained 2.64 cubic inches (a 31% increase in volume) in my first 106 days of PE, and I haven’t shown any sign of gains slowing down so far. These were not EQ gains - I had 10/10 rock hard EQ to begin.

I believe supplements, androgens, peptides, and various drugs show promise to reduce recovery time as well facilitate growth. That said, I’m relatively new around here so take anything I say with a grain of salt.

I’m using the following as a way to help make my PE routine more effective. Time will tell whether or not it works.

  • Various androgens including 11-keto DHT and proviron
  • MK-677 (will be replacing with GHRH/GHRP)
    - increases GH
  • BPC-157
    - increases angiogenesis (creation of new blood vessels)
    - enhances the growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts
  • TB-500
    - enables renewal of blood vessels conduits (endothelial cell differentiation) and promotes angiogenesis
    - helps stretch connective tissue
  • A laundry list of supplements to accomplish the following
    - increase endogenous androgen production
    - upregulate androgen receptors
    - increase NO
    - increase VEGF
    - decrease fibrosis
  • PDE5 inhibitors to incease VEGF and the frequency/intensity of nocturnal erections

However, I would be taking much of the above for fitness goals and other reasons aside from PE, so this likely not the best approach for many.

Yes, post-newbie rate. And congrats on the quick gains.

Lifestyle,

Thanks for the supplement breakdown. Right now I’m strictly on a protein hydrosolate and HGH support supplementation regiment. I workout quite a bit coupled with BJJ training 2-3 times a week. I definitely need more nutritional support, so I’m going to look into the above.

Thanks again.
