This is good advice.

Gains continue through out, they may slow down or even stop for awhile. You may have short periods of shrinkage, oh no! But in the long run the mean length will remain if you stay diligent and don’t over do.

Hey! Congrats. I’m also a newbie and had fast gains as well. I too injured myself. It was weird but putting hot cloths for two days straight helped me out.

I can’t believe I’ve gained this much in not even two months, and I only did PE twice in May. All in all I have probably done PE a total of 8 hours all together. Not bad gains for 8 hours of work. Ill take it!

Sike, I not trying to brag. I just want to give others inspiration. I know when I read threads like this before I started PE I was really inspired and excited that I too would be able to make my penis bigger by exercising it. Something I never before thought possible without some sort of surgery. I have always been shy about my penis size, and always wondered if there was a way I could change things. Hey, I’m proud to say that only after a week of exercising I have had my girth increase from 5- 5.5”. I’ve been doing the wet jelqs and jelq squeezes. My length is still 7.25, look forward to length gains as well.
