Surgical Gloves
I am new to the site, tons of info here, thanks. I have been doing manual stretches for a number of weeks and always had issues with slippage due to body oil, sweat, whatever. I use surgical gloves ( the hardware store kind, not the sterile kind) when doing woodworking projects. I tried a glove for manual stretching and wow, what a difference. The gripping power is amazing. I can tug and hold for as long as my hand can stand it with no slippage. Sorry if this has been covered, but if not I wanted to share.
