swelling question

swelling question

About a week ago, I noticed some of the “lig pops” that some of you talk about while I was streaching and knowing about them, really didn’t worry to much. But after a day or two, the right side of my penis, which is the side the pops occurred on, in the flacid state looks fatter than the left.

I am about 4.5 inches flacid and it is about a half inch behind the glands and about one inch long.

I can tell that this is not in the erectile tissue, but under the skin. It feels as if there is a bundle of something under it. There is no pain and it just about dissapears with an erection. I was just wondering what it could be. It really does not bother me other than in the flacid state. I have looked up Peyronie’s and am sure it is not that. It does not cause any curve.

Thanks.

Sounds like you have a build up of fluid. Visit the injuries section and read about the donut—or doughnut—effect.

KOG,

I really don’t think this is a build up of fluid. I have had the donut and lost the swelling in a couple of hours or so before. This feels as if there is a bundle of string under the skin. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can pull on these strings like a guitar string and they feel a little creepy, they are probably your ligaments. If I had a nickel for every time I popped them in a day, I could buy a fast vette in a month. How about an update?

It could be that the ligs have floated into the tissue space due to jelqing action or something. It’s not something to be concerned about other than aesthetically. Either way sounds like you should balance things up?

Thrombosed vein maybe? Ligaments don’t go up into the penis that far up.

I’m sure that is the case for most, but I have them present on the base of shaft.

Yeah mine too. They attach at the base (or make that 90 degree turn up into the penis but I think they end after that). If I’m reading his description right, this is more up by the glans it sounds like. It reminded me of that thread so I mentioned it. :nodding:

My apologies, Electron, my dumb ass must have skimmed right over this-” and it is about a half inch behind the glands and about one inch long.” Sorry again, my bad. Longman, follow electron’s link, disregard all that shit I said. :)

Heh, unless it was a particularly violent lig pop…
