Ive been Peing for exactly 2 months and a half. However, since I didn’t make any gains, Ive been a little bit On/Off on the last 2 weeks.

My current routine is : - hot wrap (5mins)
- 350-400 slow jelqs (30 mins)
- hot wrap (5mins)
- ( + kegels throughout the day )
( mostly 2on/1off routine )

I didn’t include any stretching in my routine. I’m looking for girth with any length that would come along with. Even though most people agree that you should aim for length first, I would wait until I gain something like .25” girth before starting length. I’m still quite skeptical about PE… I mean sure it works for some people, but perhaps not for everyone ( possibly the reason why so many lurkers ).

Anyway, I guess I should start an “advanced” routine, possibly something not too dangerous. Could anyone give me some tips on what to include in my routine? Thanks in advance

You could add in a few Ulis. Maybe mix them in with your jelqing. Jelq awhile, do a Uli, repeat.

Stretching is obviously mostly for length, but for many guys also helps increase base girth.

OK, here I go again. I am going to recommend Girth Blasters. These can be as intense as it comes, so just start off nice and easy and get used to them. You don’t have to start off full blast in order for these to be effective. This is a dynamic, not static, girth exercise:

With Girth Blasters should that hand that slides up be applying a huge amount of pressure? I know the one that is at the bottom has to be tight to keep in blood, but once you switch positions and start sliding it up should you loosen it greatly, or should it be really intense?

First off, this is an advanced exercise and should not be performed until you are well conditioned.

Because of the intensity of this exercise, it is best to start off with easy grips and pressure and slowly build up intensity. There is a lot of room for modulating pressure here, so listen to the feedback your cock it giving you and don’t go overboard.

You scare me when you say really intense because you make it sound like it’s all or nothing. Start easy and build as you go.

Once you have conditioned your cock to Girth Blasters, it can be a very intense exercise that can easily pump up your girth 1/4 inch or more in a session, but never start out full blast.

Pumping, combined with extreme Uli’s with TheraP mag wrap and cable clamps, if you want girth. Easy does it if you are not properly conditioned. Also, one word of caution: Starting aggressive girth work this early in your PE career may seriously delay or even stop any future length gains.
