Hi,

back I am! Had to take the whole week off because some small injuries, scrubbing and red dots, appeared on my unit after many sex while my gf had a tampon (red days :o ) in it. But she’s well and so am I again, and that’s most important, so I started again today.

First: What is it about “wrist wraps” you talk about wearing all day long? Does it work well? Please explain it like the person you want to explain it to is no native English speaking, because I ain’t ;) .

Second: I do jelq 15-20 min. now, with an overhand OK grip and a normal OK grip. Both work well, but I think the overhand OK grip (where your palm is covering your dick, seen from above) does work better on the base while the normal OK/U grip works better on the upper half of the dick. Maybe you have experience to share about that?

Sorry to hear that you had sex while your girlfriend had a tampon in, usually the string is a good indicator…I would think the cotton would be as well.

The wrist straps being referred to are “Homedics TheraP wrist strap”…you can wrap after a workout to help your penis heal in the extended or larger state. It is thought that this would promote flacid and erect growth. Since it is comfortable and can be worn loosely, you can wear it for long periods as long as good circulation is present.

You should jelq whichever way feels better…do both to hit your target areas if you think they are better for different parts. As long as you are pushing blood in front of your hand, it should work. Good luck.

I would think at least one of you would have known it was in there.
Was this done on purpose?
If not, why wasn’t it removed first?

I cut part of the wrist wrap off…still have enough to work, but not so large a bulge, so can wear with stealth.

I always use the overhand OK grip with both the wet and dry jelq. I’ve tried the normal grip and don’t seem to get as good results with respect to pushing the blood to the head. Plus, I can cover alot more distance with the overhand grip. The wrist strap is new to me. Can someone tell me how many hours and how tight it should be worn?

Because of the way it is constructed, it seems almost impossible to make it too tight, but “snug” is all you need. You can wear it many hours at a time. You still have good circulation but it holds some engorgement, enough to heal micro-tears in a slightly larger state than normal flaccid. Also, if you have any arrousal during the time you have it on it will maintain some of that for awhile.

Anybody else that wear’s the magnetic wriststrap get a buzz in the balls feeling? Since resuming my routine after some time off, I’m getting a buzzy feeling from my strap.

He he… stay cool, we both knew and did it intentionally because I am no blood fan but we were that horny. I could only go half way in but it was cool nonetheless (except for the bruising afterwards ;) ).

I don’t think “TheraP” ships to german stores, so do you know a good replacement? What should the wrist wrap be made of and how should it work?

OK guys, btw. - PE update:

Stretching. I give up the idea of stretching with a cloth wrap. I am not very skillfull at wrapping and got a strain on my penis skin from this. Stretching with a grip behind the glans works well now, I think I will buy some rubber gloves to prevent any last slipping, but it works well even now. I grip with more fingers, so the fingers doing the most pressure, thumb and forefinger, are not on the glans. There is the middle finger which does’nt press hard. Jelquing works well now with overhand OK grip. I hated this at first because you can’t see your shaft, but if you get a feel for it, it’s convenient. I do warmups with a rice sock now as you suggested, 5-10 minutes, first it’s laying on the penis and then I lay the penis on my bellybutton and the warmup on the downside so it gets warmed up there, too. Jelquing extended to 15 minutes.
What do you think I can do better? I think I’m doing ok for week three (with ~1 week pause). I still have the 2 day on, 1 day off schedule. All day stretching with wrist wrap is the thing I want to try next… are there videos or sth. about it?

Baby powder work’s good for the grip, when doing manual stretch’s.

My routine now consist’s of hanging to fatigue, and then applying a lite compression wrap. I wear the compression wrap all day, as well as the magnetic wrist strap around the whole package. During the day I still stretch and twist, pinning the penis against the leg and trousers, applying even more stretch through the day. Hopefully the combination of the hanging/fatigue and then wrapping in the stretched state, I will achieve the flacid gains I seek.

Please tell me if the wrist wrap is applied at the base around the whole package or tightly around the flaccid dick to do ADS?

Someone will correct me if I’m wrong, but the wrist wrap is placed around the penis as well as the sac. The wrist strap that most use, has magnets in it. When I said, I used the strap in conjunction with my compression wrap for ADS-my purpose for the wrap was to aid in the healing process after hanging. I hang 3/20 min sets, then apply a lite compression wrap to keep the dong in an extended state. Then, on goes the wrap to help heal the fatigued member in it’s extended state.

I hope my explanation, helps you to clearer unerstand the use of the magnetic wrist strap. Tryn

Oh, to answer the other part of your question. The compression wrap is applied to the stretched flaccid weiner.

Some people wrap it around the shaft and balls, some people just wrap it around the shaft base. Wrapping it around the balls makes the balls hang lower.
