Tell us how much you gained with newbie routine

After three months, I’ve gained 0.7” length and 0.35” girth. Most of the gains achieved in the first two months. Still on the newbie routine, with some advanced stretching.


Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

You gained .7” in EG?? With the simple newbie routine?? Holy shit that put a new meaning to the term “newbie gains”.

I have a week left of my 3rd month. At the end of 2 months a 1/4” in length and no girth gains yet. Hopefully even more when I measure next time.

I’ve gained about 0.5 lenght and 0.2 girth. Gains are more or less steady in time. Just doing the basics : stretching and jelqing

After 2 1/2 months, I’ve gained about 1/2” in erect length and 1/8” to 1/4” in girth.


Start: 04/01/09 BPEL: 6.75" MSEG: 4.875"

Now: 05/01/09 BPEL: 7.125" MSEG: 5.0"

Kind of blows me away that there is no straight out stretch inside the newbie routine, just starting it today!

How long did you hold your stretches at each angle for,10 seconds or 30 seconds?

How long were your total jelqing times and stretching? I’m thinking around 7 mins stretching, 10-15 jelqing at 40-60%.

When gains came, from what I have heard, it’s flatline and then one day, gain.

3.5 weeks and nothing, not that I expect anything yet. You know what’s great though? Despite whether there are gains or not - don’t you just feel better that you’re exercising your penis? Makes me feel more confident knowing that. Hell, if all I get is better EQ, I’m happy with that too.

Starting size: 6” BPEL

Gains : just under an inch

Time: 3-4 months but then started adding some more length exercises to my routine, got to about 7.3 BPEL then my unit looked a bit skinny so iv eased up on length and am adding girth at the moment.

When you guys are stretching to you ever lose your grip?

Does this mean I’m pulling too hard, or I need baby powder and gloves?

I’ve gained an inch in 6 months of consistant pe. A word of advice. Most of those gains came in the last 2 months when I upped my warm up time and increased my stretching time.

How much total warmup time did you use? Did you warmdown? What was your stretching time like before?
I am thinking: 1st week 6 min stretches
2nd week 7 min 3rd week 8 min
4th week 8 mins 5th week 9 min
6th week 10 mins

Maybe I shouldn’t up the intensity that fast?

I know i’m finding good gains increasing 1 minute every 2 weeks.

Example

Week 1/2 = 5 minute stretch

Week 3/4 = 6 minute

Week 5/6 = 7 minute

ect…

Yea that seems more reasonable, but I started at 6 minute stretch for some reason?
