Hey guys, I was thinking that maybe everyone could post their starting stats and how much they gained from the newbie routine, and also how long they did the newbie routine for. I seem to see these questions a lot, maybe if everyone could post here and get it in the same thread. This can also serve as inspiration to us newbies to see what kind of gains we can expect to see with this routine, and how long it may take.

I’ll go first but I just started recently.

Starting size: 7 x 5.

Gains : WAY too soon to really see any significant gains, however, my erections have been outstanding and better than ever, and I feel fuller and thicker and longer as well..

Time: been doing the newbie routine for about a month, but more consistently the past week (had to take a week and a half off but now I’m back for good!)

I’m on my 6th week, I measured at the end of the 1st month with no gains.

Hopefully things will change.


Start: 2nd of march-2006 Stats: BPEL (6.4" 16.4cm) NBPEL (5.9" 14.9cm) EG (5.0" 12.8cm)

Goal : 7.5" NBPEL 6.0" EG My Progress Report

4 Weeks Left On Newbie Routine

Into my third month now and try to maintain a rountine. Have gained 1.10 inches (EL) in lenght and .25 inches in girth. Had a few probs along the way but I am positive I will gain another inch or maybe 2 in lenght if I stick to a routine

Keep at it melvin, I’m sure results will come.

Any PE vets want to chime in with some of their newbie results?

In the first 3 months of the newbie routine I gained .25 length and .50 girth. My flaccid gained an extra inch or two and hangs a lot heavier

I’ve never liked the name “newbie routine” because it gives the impression after a few months you move on.

Actually jelqing and stretching will form the basis of most of your PE career.

Almost all my gains have come via this. I did hang but actually it didn’t produce any decent results. Clamping is the other method I tried and it did gain me some girth.

0.8” length in 5 months. Still on newbie, but added more advanced stretches to it.

I think I have gained almost an inch in length and 2/10ths in girth. That only took about 2 months with newbie routine. I know it seems “light” compared to the guys hanging, clamping, ballooning, etc. But it works. It’s almost a “too good to be true” situation. It seems so light compared to the heavy stuff, but it works fast. Newbie gains are great. And if you don’t see newbie gains, still stick it out for 2 months to make sure you’re conditioned. If you don’t, you will injure yourself and that sucks. Going out at night, or hanging out with your girl, and wondering if your dick is OK is terrifying.


Jelq, ADS, repeat.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

Must...think...long...term.

About 0.25”-0.5” in length, non in girth.

I agree why would you move on, if you gained?
If anything, if you hit a plateau with gains, you could probably just decon for a while and then re gain doing the same routine, am I wrong?

I agree that “newbie routine” is a bit of a misnomer. The fact is, it is really just “the routine” for most men. Then it can be supplemented and changed as your body adapts.

Currently into my 6th week, when I measured recently I found that my BPEL can, on a good day, get to 7.1/7.2 inches, which is good news. But I’m most pleased with my EQ and flaccid hang which have improved a lot. I’m currently doing a modified newbie routine, 5 mins warmup, 5 mins stretch, 70 Jelqs, 50 Jelq Squeezes, 5 mins warmdown, as many 5 second kegel holds as I can :D


Starting BPEL: 7.0, EG: 5.0

My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0

Gained 0.25” length and nothing yet in girth in 2 weeks of religiously following the newbie routine. Don’t plan to stop and my next measurement will take place on the 25th of June, which is exactly 2 weeks from my previous measurement. I think I should start a progress thread. No?


Start May-28-09 --- BPEL 5.875/EG 4.75/NBPEL 5.125/FL 3.00/FG 4.00 *Oct 24/09 --- BPEL 6.750/EG 4.875/NBPEL 5.875/FL 4.000/FG 4.250*

Short Term Goal --- BPEL 7.000/EG 5.000

Long Term Goal --- BPEL 7.500/EG 6.000

.25” after 4 months of a few minute warm up, basic stretching(10min) and jelqing(10-15min), and a few minute warm down. Kegels all day, and the occasional balls health massage. For a month there only did it like every other day, this last month though it’s been 2 on 1 off as prescribed. I’m fucking stoked about this by the way.
