Temporary Gains
First time trying clamping a few nights ago. Tried 3 sets of 5minutes. Afterwards, had sex with the wife and she was liking the temp gains. The workout was pretty intense so I was worried about doing too much too soon. Doing a day off, day on routine with this new routine. Yesterday did it again and measured this time, Usually I’m at 4.5” MSEG and while clamps i was at 4.75” MSEG. crazy, cant wait to actually be that size normally. Being doing this for almost 6 months, and had slight gains from just doing the newbie routine and was trying to stick with just doing manuals while adding in Uli’s, but i couldn’t do them that good, hence starting the clamp. My hand couldn’t grip low enough and after the 3rd set, my grip was failing too. I been still getting good morning wood, so taking that as an indicator that not overdoing it. And also getting it up during sex hasn’t diminished.
