Tender Corona
Hey guys sorry if this topic has come up before but I needed to pop my thread cherry somehow haha. I’ve been doing PE for a few months, jelquing, stretching and most recently incorporated dry pumping. I noticed this morning, after performing manual stretches, tenderness on the corona. I’ve never experienced this before and it’s not unbearable but I’m wondering what could be the cause? At no point during stretching do I experience pain but am I doing something wrong? Too much force in stretching? Too tight a grip? Any help would be appreciated!
