I’d like to say thanks for anyone contributing to this site. For the longest time I have wanted to be more than just par, and this site has gave me hope. Technically, I started back in February, but only stuck with it for about a month and have been on and off for a while until 2 weeks ago I got started again. After my first month I noticed about a quarter inch increase in length, which was alright, but wasn’t much. 2 weeks ago I gave up on length exercises, and have now been doing girth exercises for roughly a half hour every second day, because the whole reason is for her pleasure more than my pride. I have noticed far more difference than with that initial .25 inch increase at the beginning. I haven’t been really measuring, but the look has definitely changed, and I’m sure I’ve gained a good third of an inch, plus I’m simply harder now. This mixed with the car I just bought and my regular workouts, my confidence has definitely boosted, and I thank all who contribute to this site and also this whole market.

A few things spring to mind after reading your post.

0.25” in EL in one month is great gains, some people dont gain for 2, 3, 4+ months. You didnt expect an inch in a month did you??

I jave to ask, WHAT girth exercises? I assume you mean clamping. Whichever birth specific exercises you mean, stop now. ALL of the girth exercises are advanced exercises FOR A REASON. Your penis MUST become conditioned enough to be able to withstand the internal pressures of these exercises, ESPECIALLY clamping. Do the newbie routine for 3-4 months, this does length AND girth, THEN you can worry about going for girth. Plus length is harder to get when you’ve increased your girth….

Indeed. I’ve only made minimal gains thus far but my confidence has already increased dramatically.


8/14/05 ---> 11/18/05 -> Next goal

5.500" ------> 6.000" -----> 6.500" BPEL

3.938" ------> 4.125" -----> 4.500" EG

It’s not that a quarter inch wasn’t much for a month, it was just that after that the gains more or less stopped, and it didn’t really look that different. I don’t know exactly what clamping is and I don’t know what I’m doing is called, but what you do, after warming up, is get an erection, then grasp the base with an OK grip and hold for 30 seconds, release, wait a little bit, and do it again, all for only a given time period, such as 5 10 or 15 minutes, depending on how advanced you are. And I do jelq a bit but I just have left any length specific exercises.
