I am new to PE, been at it 3 week’s. I didn’t start to make a gaint peins I want a longer lasting erection. I would like to Know if this is possible?

I looked and am not sure if this is right fo me. The reason why I think that is because I looked at the supplement forum and saw a thread that sounded like most old timers use Vigra. I really don’t want to go that route.

Yeah. I didn’t think the linked thread in there would be of value to you. But the two posts in that thread are what you are looking for. Kegels and edging are the best route for lasting longer. You can do a search for both of those and read up on them.

Also, PE exercises allow some guys to last longer because your unit gets used to being handled more oftem. However, some guys find it makes it more sensitive and they shoot quicker….lol. Everyone is different.

Do a search for Edging or Ballooning. Do kegels too, it all helps ;)

Thank you for your help. I am 61 years old and never had a problem before. I had a bad cold this spring and started using Beadryl ( not a good idea).
My problem is that the equiptment fails before the deed is done.

You mean you lose your erection before you ejaculate? Kegels will help with that. It may also be a psychological thing.

I am in good health, I do take some perscretion drugs. I have taken them for some time with no side effects, the ED in kind of new.

Any major stress new on the scene?

It could just be an age thing. Kegels would be your best bet, but i’d consider Viagra or Cialis. Its nothing to be ashamed of (using them)

Would a Penis Pill help? I know that it is no shame to use perscripton ED drugs but I would preferr not to.

Possibly, but there are cheaper alternatives.
