I read that thread. The OP names the exercises along with how long to do them (sets and reps) but doesn’t explain how to actually do them. Do you have a link that details out how to do the exercises?

He had a video up on Youtube, but somebody had it taken down. They are super easy, low intensity exercises. Basically, you get hard, lube up, lay your erection across your upward facing palm, place your thumb down at the coronal ridge/head end of the penis, on the end of the dorsal vein, apply just enough downward pressure to keep the blood from squeezing past the thumb, and then move that thumb down the length of the penis, towards the base. It only lasts a second maybe less, then lift the thumb and replace it at the head end of the penis, and repeat. Thirty seconds is a set. Then I guess you check hardness, reestablish hardness if necessary, and do another set, for a total of four sets.

Then, you place a second hand under your erection, both facing up, one sitting kind of in the other. Then you do the “pushing the blood” down the vein thing again, but this time as the right thumb reaches the base, you start from the head to the base with the left, and lift the right thumb, moving it back up to the top as the left thumb slides to the base underneath it, reaching the top/corona area again as the left thumb reaches the base. You just do this over and over, slowly for a minute, then an upshift to a mid-pace version for a minute, then upshift again and go as fast as you can for a minute. Then you slow down to the mid-pace for another minute, and finally again to the slow pace for a minute. That is one set of the “Pyramid Rush” or PR exercise. Thanks for explaining. It sounds similar to a reverse jelq. What is a Burst Expansion exercise?

First paragraph is Burst Expansion, second paragraph is Pyramid Rush. The two exercises are almost identical. The stroke tends to be longer for the BE than for the PR, at least in my case.

Most likely Youtube because penis images/videos violates their guidelines.

This may be one of the greatest breakthroughs in PE yet. One of the most fascinating characters PE has exposed me to. Simply amazing.

Yup. Just when I think I’ve seen and heard just about everything.

Ok, tried this method thinking it is not going to work. To my surprise, my unit swelled up nicely but i did get light headed and had to stop a few times. I will try this method again.

Cool. Well, not the light headed part. I have not experienced that. But the trying it out part.

He seems hugely interesting person. I’m also interested in the other possible applications of this method.

I’m a former hockey player with multiple concussions, some of them quite severe, requiring a great deal of therapy, etc. I’m apprehensive about the long-term effects; and TBI patients in general experience diminished blood flow, and not just transiently.

So, I’m hoping that The Angion Method can be used to improve blood flow to my other head as well! :)

My thoughts on how burst expansion and pyramid rush work.

Forcing blood from your veins out of the penis causes a increased demand on your arteries. Growth will come from your body meeting the increased blood flow demands by growing more vessels. I believe tunica growth will come to accommodate the additional vessels.
This method differs from pumping or clamping which just move the blood in one direction. Pumping and clamping are essentially just stretching the penis from all directions, external negative or internal positive pressure.
I believe BE and PR are better methods of increasing blood circulation.
While using this method I felt like my heart was getting a workout and felt tired and very hungry afterword. Anyone else experience this?

Does my theory make sense?

Additional thought, could one place too much demand on the arteries and burst capillaries?
