The Angion method

Was trying to keep up with all the posts, but the thread is just growing fast. This technique seems promising and I am definitely interested, but haven’t been able to start until today.

One thing I noticed is how big my unit can get sometimes, mostly after PE’ing. I know this is just temporary gains, but the potential is there for us to be bigger if our blood supply ways are more expanded? Or I guess in the case of temp gains, relaxed?

Who has been doing this the most days so far? And what are you noticing this early on?

I have 3 days so far.

I’m able to sustain an erection throughout the whole session.

It feels interesting.

In my progress thread I declared that I’m setting aside all other PE for 90 days and doing the angion method exclusively.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

I’m a little bit worried about quitting other forms of PE. But willing to try it also. Just don’t want to get 30-60 days into it and see no results when I could be doing my current routine and gaining there. But it’s simple enough and takes less time.

If you’re gaining doing what you are currently doing, stick with that. No need to gamble if you’ve got a sure thing going. As with all PE routines, you will hit a plateau at some point, at which point you can switch to the Angion method, or take a decon break and then give it a shot. May as well keep on the path you’re on for now, provided it is working, and let some others be the guinea pigs for a few weeks.

I read the thread and watched the one video he has but no where does it explain how to do the exercises, all he does is name them. Is there a link on how to do them? Perhaps, I missed this somewhere.

I have been doing the Angion every day since the 18th. I do two 30 minute sets each day. When I first started I had trouble holding erections. Now my erections during the exercise are rock hard the entire time and my length seems to be increasing, but it could just be due to erection quality, or is likely due to erection quality. Nothing positive with girth yet. However, Janus claims he experienced a 35% volume increase in 45 days, that’s .75% volume increase a day! So if that’s a given then I should start seeing some real measurable gains very soon!

The exercise feels good. I am going to do this exercise exclusively for the next few months. See what gives!

35% in 45 days. I have been doing and involved in PE for more than 10 years and that I have never heard of. That statement, the remark that even the old can keep their gains with no evidence since it hasn’t really been out that long for anyone of us that tried it to get old and that this method works for everybody all sows seeds out doubt in my mind. Nothing with the human body is ever 100%.

I’m with you here. Very skeptical. Lol, just finished a 20 minute angion session.

I have read all the responses on the threads and the responses are scary. I have read more than one time; “it’s faster” The only thing that was ever fast in PE were injuries. This method can’t injure you if done correctly. Well neither does jelqing. Gains will last a lifetime. Well who the hell knows that? Only the OP up to now has done it with results so how can he say that and as far as I know it was just introduced here so it hasn’t been around all that long. 35% increase in volume in 45 days.Impressive yes; believable? I don’t really know. It works better on a vegan diet with very low salt. I like steak.

I have been on the spinning rock for a longtime and I have learned if its too good to be true it usually is.I have tried this method for a few days and happen to like my old ways better. Let the guys chopping at the bit do it and let’s see what they all say in a month or two.

So… how do you do the exercises???
