The beginning
Well here is the beginning of my PE adventure, it is the start of something new. I hope to use this thread as a platform for others and to journal my thoughts, views and changes of my body. So first I decided to look at myself and decide what needed to be done and why am I doing it. First off the process I am about to begin is one of not just penis change but of a total body redevelopment. I am getting older and I want to keep the machine in fine working order from head to toe. I also think that by taking care of my body can only be a positive to the PE process. So that was reason number #1 Better Health/living and makeover for me, #2 is the wife. The wife and I have been together for many years although we are still fairly young, I have known here since she was 13 and I remember the first day I saw her. She is absolutely gorgeous and like a fine wine gets better with time. Our sex life has always been good and I always get things the way I want when I want. She has never complained about our sex life and I think she enjoys it as much as I do. Two kids down the road and things are a little looser downstairs so for her I wish to grow some, although I’m certain she would think the entire idea is silly. But none the less I want to give it a true shot and see where it takes me.
So more about me:
I’m 32 6’0 and probably weigh between 240-250. I was very athletic when I was younger, very much into weight training and I taught martial arts for several years. But I became a cop and due to my work schedule I couldn’t teach martial arts any more then kids were born and the weight training just faded away as well. Its been two years since I worked out regularly and I went from about 210 up to about 275 in 7 years. I have lost some but I need to get back down in the low 200 range.
So what is my plan?
Well I think and totally believe that when I was 210 my penis looked larger because of two reasons 1.) I was smaller over all, common sense. Look at it from this stand point take someone who doesn’t work out and they have say a 18 inch fat arm and put it beside someone with a 16 inch muscular it looks bigger. I think the penis looks bigger and is more exposed on a lean body due to the fat pad being less. Thus I need to get back into eating better and working out regularly. That I can handle on my own as I worked in a gym for a couple years as a teen. I never really did much a long the lines of supplements which I should consider. So can anyone suggest supplements that will reduce over all body fatigue/soreness and something for energy, thanks much.
As far as PE is concerned I’m a total noob so for the first month I plan to follow the “Newbie Routine” with a slight modification or two.
So here is my plan to begin with
PE
2 Days on 1 Day off
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches) I alternate sets of 6 O’Clock position and 9 O’Clock position with the last two sets being an A-stretch
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
*****50 kegels of five second holds each are done with the weight/conditioning workout on everyday of the workout
Weight/Conditioning workout
Like I said I taught martial arts and am very good with kickboxing so I start the workout on a heavy bag. Starting out easy and I will build up.
Every Other day
5 four minute rounds on the bag with about 1 minute rest between for a total of 20 minutes of cardio working my way up to about 40 minutes
Day #1 Chest 6 sets (10 reps) 3 sets flat dumbbells 3 sets flyes
Biceps 6 sets (10 reps) 3 sets standing 3 sets of concentration curls
Day #2 Back 6 sets (10 reps) 3 sets of dumbbell rows 3 sets of dumbbell pullovers
Triceps 6 sets (10 reps) 3 sets of dips and 3sets of kickbacks
Day #3 Legs (my legs are good size) so 20 minute run and 6 sets of calf raises (20 reps)
Shoulders 6 sets (10 reps) 3 sets of dumbbell pressing 3 sets of side laterals
Traps 4 sets of shrugs (15 reps)
forearms 4 set of wrist/reverse wrist curls (20 reps)
****no heavy bag workout on this day****
Abs— basic ab workout what ever hits me at the moment
So basically my workouts for total body are every other day and PE two days on 1 day off. I’m starting easy back into the weight training as I don’t want to be overly sore. I figure after about three weeks I will add about 3 more sets and after 3 more weeks will be between 12-16 sets per body part. I will stick with the basic PE workout for one month before I try to change anything or maybe I should go longer?
I will also keep a log book of my total body transformation. To study over the data and share with others. As far as picture I probably wont post any but thats not to say I absolutely will not.
Things I need to do are :
-Get a new scale to monitor weight
-Take Penis measurements and over all body measurements to monitor progress. However the mirror will be a big part in studing the progress of the -total body workout.
-I need to also get my stats in a sig as soon as I get some good measurements. Hopefully this weekend I can get that done.
I will be posting regularly on this thread about anything and everything that involves me :) I hope someone else can get some use out of it.
