Thinking of beginning PE: Question of Hardness, Supplements

Hiya guys, I’m considering beginning some PE for growth of both length and girth, as a 20 year old male. A few qustions I’d appreciate the answers to before I do…

1. I’m taking the following supplements, mostly for sexual and physical energy to compensate for chronic fatigue syndrome.

ViaGrowth III
Mood Max
DopaFibra

These seem to have many of the ingredients neccessary for PE success (or that help it anyway). How do these supplements sound. Effectively of each one I’m taking HALF the dose, as the entire package has you take each once a day instead of individually twice a day.

2. Erection “Clock” and hardness. Has anyone noticed their erection actually be less hard or point closer to horizontal since they’ve been doing PE?

3. Finally this,

Basically, this says that PE is really not good for you. Now, I’m not sure about the source. Can anyone refute this with medical evidence.

I am new too and I have experienced this. It should improve in time. Your penis gets fatigued easily since it’s not used to excersises (perhaps you are overworking.)

This looks like total BS. But it’s just me.
PE (not surgical) is still underground, in experimental stage, so you wouldn’t find much official backing on this issue.

1. Firstly, read this - Exposing Dr Lin. Dr Lin is a con man.

Secondly supplements are very much a secondary issue with PE. A good routine is primary, add supplements to that but do some reading here and save yourself a bunch of cash.

2. Hardness will increase with PE. Check out the Tutorials forum and read about the BC muscle and kegels.

Damn mem beat me to it. Only thing I can add is that people have noticed a lowering in erection angle mainly from doing lig work. For example bib stated his is now straight out as opposed to upwards, but he didnt care because it was loads bigger than his starting size.

If you include downward stretching or hanging this is most likely to lower your erection angle although many have found it doesn’t affect it at all.

Bib put his erection angle down to the weight of his dick on more than one occassion. Whether he was right or not is another question, he did a load of ots hanging too.

Personally I’ve seen no decrease in my erection angle but I was practically psychotic about stretching upwards with inverted v-stretches. I doubt it made a difference.

Someone just changed com to con - very very outstanding.

I still cannot recover from seeing that dog story someone had a reference to on this forum.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Whew, I’m sure glad that its been taken care of as far as safety is concerned.

As far as his pills go, check the ingredients. They seem to contain many of the same items that members on this forum have reccommended, ie Tribulus, Yohimbe etc…. It seems to me that paying $70 for some ubervitamins for a few months is better than paying all this cash for penis enlarging pills that are $90 for 30 days and have less ingredients!

If I want to keep my angle of erection high, what exercises should I do and which should I avoid?

I doubt anyone here would recommend Penis Pills, they are many times more expensive than the base ingredients. Dr Lin is doing the same, charging extra for not very much. Check out the Supplements forum and you’ll see what I mean.

I grant you he’s an artful conman, he mixes some very good and right information with stuff that is completely off the wall.

This is a contentious question in some ways.

Some think that stretching down will lower the angle, others don’t think so.
Some think that stretching up as much as you stretch down will compensate.

The general advice is to stretch down initially because the easiest length gains come from ligs, but check your LOT and work from there.

Personally I was anal and LOT wasn’t on the radar when I started so I stretched using inverted V-stretches most of the time. My erection angle hasn’t changed. Even if you do that you might not see the same results.
