My plan. + supplements question.
Ok, I’ve been reading a lot of posts in the members sections of this site and come up with a plan for my own PE experience. Let me know what you think, as I am open to suggestions. After all, I’m just a newbie here.
My plan is to start PEing next monday, the 23rd. My first routine will basically be luvdadus’ newbie routine, except I’ll be doing it in the shower instead of using hot wraps. I’ll also be ordering the Power Jelq from Jelq-USA.com. I’ll start off the first days by doing a bit less than the suggested amount of jelqs and stretches, but then I’ll gradually increase the amount as my penis gets used to the amount of pressure. I won’t overdo anything, as I am worried about injuries. It’s not like I’m in a rush here, I’m only 19 and I am relatively happy with my erect penis size the way it is.
I’ll be doing my first measurement after 6 weeks. Hopefully it will have improved just a little bit, but if it hasn’t it’s no biggie. I’ll just be patient and consistent, and hopefully the results will come sooner or later.
I’ll also try to take some pics for the members section, and my own personal PE-journal, as I go along. ;) I look forward to taking a part of this forum.
Btw, since I can’t post in the supplements forum yet, I’ll just add this question here.
Ive been trying to find L-Arginine in Norway. Is it supposed to be pure L-Arginine or something like this: ?
