There isn’t a single “paid actor” promoting PMMA at Phalloboards. If you’d posted the same story there, you’d have been advised very strongly to stay away from PMMA and surgical PE enhancement of any type.
I’m a Moderator at Phalloboards and the key reason the forum was set up was due to the frustration of knowing previous forums dedicated to surgical PE were run by shills who earned commission from certain Dr’s for every patient sent there way.
I’d be really curious to know which posters you suspect as being “paid actors,” as the moderation team go to great lengths (we enjoy it) to weed out any shills. We’ve caught loads over the years, but I don’t think we’ve ever had the slightest suspicion of anyone who has had PMMA.
Most of the forum posts are about PMMA as it’s become so popular because it’s relatively cheap, permanent and doesn’t involve the down time of surgery. But this doesn’t mean it’s safe. It’s just the best of bad bunch and for all we know, over the coming years late reactions to the material could be very high. The truth is there is no “easy way out.” If there was a reliable and effective method for cosmetic PE, then every plastic surgeon in the world would offer it. The reality only a handful of Dr’s in the whole of the US offer PE procedures and that is because they have a terrible track record. PMMA probably makes more sense than surgery in the US, but in the vast majority of cases it’s still a very bad idea. At the end of the day it’s a foreign body material and thus your body can start to reject it at any time. If someone has a genuinely very small penis and is really struggling to have a reasonable quality of life, then a procedure like PMMA may be worth considering, but for someone like yourself, it shouldn’t even be an option.
