Here’s the thing Insecurewith9. You make a thread with the apparent intent of hearing opinions on PMMA as a short cut to getting a bigger dick. So when you get opinions that run counter to your own, accept them respectfully. This forum is full of other men obsessed with getting a bigger dick, but its not full of threads about how awesome PMMA worked. You could assume that you’re the first person here to consider it, but you’d be dead wrong. (Myself, I got as far as emailing back and forth with a doctor about it, and decided pretty firmly that’s a procedure far from perfected.) The fact is a LOT of men here have considered it, or similar procedures, and decided against it.

You can be pretty damn sure that if the day comes that a safe, reliable way to a bigger dick via surgery becomes available, a huge number of men here will decide to go that route instead of spending years tugging their penises. Until then, we’ll keep tugging.

Question. Instead of getting a procedure with a very high rate of deforming your dick into some monstrosity out of a frankenstein movie, why not do natural PE? If all you want is girth then do the newbie routine and focus on girth via jelqing and v jelqs. Once done with the newbie routine, head to clamping. Yea it’s not a quick fix, but quick fixes usually suck. You’ll most likely get that one inch, as well as maintaining a penis that women won’t be absolutely disgusted by. I have never read a single story about surgical PE that didn’t end in tragedy. These doctors claim that their procedure is virtually risk free when it’s not. Honestly here, does injecting plastic into your penis even remotedly sound like a good idea? Plastics are known carcinogens as well as commonly including artificial estrogens. Carcinogens and estrogens in your penis… Sounds wonderful.. I don’t know the chemical composition of PMMA, and even if it were neither a carcinogen or artificial estrogen, it’s still a non organic compound that is not used in any chemical process in your body. Seriously please don’t put plastic in your dick, just jelq and clamp instead if you want that inch so bad.

I had the procedure done several years ago in Mexico. I had a bad reaction to the filler and had to have the tissue removed by a surgeon. It was extremely painful and expensive and the whole ordeal lasted for over 2 yrs. Also the guy who operated on me (here in the US) said there is no guarantee the inflammation will not come back again as it is impossible to remove every little piece of the material they injected in me.
