The great length vs girth debate

I’ll take that as a compliment, but I’m here for the same reason as you.. More, more, more! That and because I want to be someone who is recognised for making extraordinary gains like the legends before me! :)

Girth wins. Length is a visual thing for the ladies.

At that size, you’ll already be considered a “legend.” People tend to revere the bigger guys in the PE community, even though most started at big sizes already.

I can say that my wife and I both agree that girth is what we both prefer. I value it for the thicker, heavier look and she for the feeling that it gives her. She has said that 5.5” is where she would prefer I stop and that my length is perfect where it is. Essentially, I have met my goals as well as “her” ideal size. So, in the words of the immortal Metallica “Nothing Else Matters”! I am quite pleased with where I am.

I agree with what was previously stated. Girth vs length is a matter of personal preference, based on each individuals desire. The most important thing is to constantly work toward YOUR goals, not someones interpretation of what your goal should be.

I have to say, even when you add just .25 to your girth, it just looks so much bigger. One problem I have had though is that mid-shaft grows, but it ends up tapering down to the base

To be honest, I think the biggest legends are those that start out small/very small.. And PE to become average or large. They have a lot harder time, psychologically than us bigger guys. Therefore I think credit should be given to them and not the largest. Just my opinion.

Girth was easier for me and it has helped a lot with stimulation during sex. However, my partner said she preferred more length—that bitch!! I think the 8 inch unit is something many of us desire. Hitting the CDS is something special and it provides me the motivation to keep “hanging” in there.

It seems to me that we are dealing with two different perspectives, the male and the female, or the yin and the yang .

Visually , increased girth detracts from the perceived length .

Take it from me, when your girth gets up around seven inches, even an eight inch cock looks shorter .

I would wager that most women would choose girth over length .

I agree. I think that an inch gain means a lot more to someone who starts out at 4.5 inches than someone who is 6 inches, and proportionately, that inch represents more of an achievement. There’s a thread here Guys please stop lying. about how "I see guys coming here with these 8 inch starting sizes in length and it’s just lame, it seems like every guy on here is as hung as a horse before they start PE’ing", and I have to disagree. Not only do we have a significant number of members joining here who are shorter than average and know it, but then they are open enough to tell the rest of us about it, which may not be easy. When they gain, it means a lot to them.

Let me be clear. I am very happy that someone can come here with eight inches as a starting point and gain, if that is what they want. Thunder’s is all about getting bigger and healthier, whatever your starting size. Still, it’s particularly rewarding when someone who starts out smaller finds out that more is possible, and makes that happen.

Oh, and on the original topic? Length, girth - I’ll take what I can get.
